I will guess that the second is 100% original, and worth more? The first is very clean and straight. Looks like it's been to the RSC. I'd choose the first example.

Im no expert but a quick look at eBay says $30,000 USD .. or gold for $80,000

If you do not move a lot in your day-to-day life (office job?) then you'll need to hand wind it or buy a watch winder. A normal ETA movement needs 800+ revolutions of the winding weight to fill the power reserve. My wife has the same issue. She can't keep a mechanical watch wound while making calls and typing on a computer.

You were right to test a replica before diving into the ocean with it, but I would not recommend to everyone to jab their new watch into a basin of water Trusted watch technicians like Vaccum in Florida will test/troubleshoot a watch to 10ATM (220 feet depth) for about $40. He does not promise he can get all 10ATM out of your watch, but he does a good job.

Ok, I have told this story before, but one Christmas I was at my brother-in-law's home for dinner and from the other side of the table, my wife's sister pipes up for everyone to hear "Is that a real Rolex?" She was looking at my DeepSea from EuroTimez. I thought it over quickly, and knowing how frugal my wife's parents are, there was no way I was going to say I had spent $9000 on a watch with them sitting right there. They would have been appalled. My reply was "No, of course not. There is no way I would spend nine thousand on a stainless steel watch. That kind of usury rubs me the wrong way." If someone says to me "Thats a beautiful watch" I can go either way depending on the circumstance. I can let it slide, with an "Oh, thank you." or I could initiate them in to the "quality replica club" with the full information of the community and culture.

There's nothing hokey about Dio. I was listening to Last in Line just now in the car. -
If you search this topic, you'll see a few amusing stories about members being called out in business meetings, in bars, at outdoor cafes (wearing a gen) .. I tell a story of how the obnoxiously rich wife of my wife's company CEO called out my wife's boss at a dinner party not on her watch but on her John Hardy custom jewelry .. it was gen too.

When I was out at my summer home last week, I brought a Portu 7 Days w/ black dial to wear out to dinner, and clubs .. and a Great White 1665 for the beach. One day, I was sitting on the beach and a guy walks right past me with a big DSSD on his wrist. I must have puzzled the hell out of him when I said "Is that a DeepSea? Beautiful watch" .. He stuck out his wrist and said "yeah .. thanks!" and kept walking. I never realized how good looking that watch is from a distance on the wrist, since the only person I know with one is me.

Looking for a dealer for a Michelle Deco Diamond...any help for a TD?
Jkay replied to sailingsd's topic in General Discussion
OK .. just so you know, scammer sites will put up photos of genuine watches and "sell" them, but what you get in the mail is some unrecognizable crap. If it really does exist, then a specialized dealer who does personal shopping in the asian watch bazaars can find it for you. Email the people at Watch Eden and also the people at Watch International. Watch Eden specializes in those kinds of low end watches and Watch Eden does custom shopping in the watch bazaars. OK? -

I dont think those exist in replica form. What about something like this instead? Swiss ETA quartz movement and sapphire crystal -
Dealing with Trevor means email delays. It has always been this way. If you enjoy his lower pricing, then relax and wait for your QC photos and shipment.

Hello. Welcome to the RWG forum! Enjoy your time here.

David Sen runs a small homage/replica workshop .. he is his own "factory" and has been around a long time.
-
There is an area called "Want to Buy" for this kind of thing. You will find more action over there!
-
He was running two different RWG accounts under two names. That's not allowed, and one user name was banned. The other still exists.
-
Because the baggage inspectors will steal them.

$350 for a watch with mineral crystal, and miyota quartz movement?! And we think our dealers charge too much!
-
It looks like an IWC homage, mish-mashed between the classic Big Pilot and a more current IWC dress watch.
-
Very good! It truly changes the character of the watch for the better.

What everyone must understand is that the dealers are not required to provide a fair price .. you must do this yourself by shopping around among the dealers. Some extremely popular dealers have raised their prices radically recently and no one seems to notice or care. You can avoid this by simply shopping elsewhere. Watch Eden has your piece for 70 UKP shipped .. and by the way, I see that your photo shows a watch missing the date pusher. this watch has it. Make sure you use the Watch Eden $20 coupon savings code when you purchase. http://www.watcheden.biz/u-boat-italo-fontana-u-automatic-white-needles-with-black-dial-leather-strap-i-112684-p-1.html

Can we know which watch? It's hard to comment when we dont have any information, and I do not see why you would not tell us this. A basic but good quality a21j watch is 40 or 50 on the street in Asia and around 100 from a dealer (us dollars) ..

Watch Eden is the king of lower-end replicas, and your best bet for an odd-duck model. http://www.watcheden...c-c-2-c-46.html They have the watch you want in black OR white for $108 with the $20 perpetual discount coupon code
