  1. The admin team vets you, then you are listed with the warning banner "new dealer on probation" then if everything goes well you become a trusted dealer. Pro-Watch Polo and Watch International were the last dealers added, about two years ago. I think it's important to also uphold the standards set by the community as well ... No lies on the web site, etc.
  2. You have to edit your post, and backspace over everything. Just say "post deleted by me" so people who find it later know what happened.
  3. BK has an in-house modder named PBdad who can do whatever you like. Try super luminova to start. Genuine quality lume makes all the difference.
  4. It does not get any nicer than a UPO (ultimate edition planet ocean) in 42 or 45 mm ! Add genuine parts as you want to. Dial, Hands, Crown, and crystal are all recommended.
  5. Yes ... installs his awesome date wheel overlay, and more strict QC checks. The Swiss ETA is in there from the factory. Modding is an expensive proposition. You're buying a lightly modded watch. Keep in mind he has to disassemble the thing to put in that date wheel The cost has to be justified by you, in your own mind. Modding is very personal, and the amount you are willing to spend is up to you
  6. No, it comes with Swiss from the factory. You're paying for his personal quality assurance and the date wheel.
  7. Hi bub! Welcome to the forum. The 2836-2 look-alike decorated movements are about 2 years old now. The 3135 1:1 super clones were released about 6 months ago and are not the same thing. I appreciate your concern tho, and anyone who spreads the word to help others is a good guy in my book.
  8. ? It's the same watch. You can compare them if you like
  9. BK buys the N-Factory DeepSea from China, and adds his special date wheel overlay to it then does a QC check.
  10. Love it! Those few gen items really make all the difference. But wait ... what about the crown/tube for reliability? You'll strip out the rep tube in a month or two.
  11. I like the color combo. If you like it, then who cares what others think?
  12. I see that the "So you want to be a dealer" post was un-pinned in the General Discussion forum .. I suggest you start a topic in the general discussion area stating your intention and asking for guidance .. a moderator or an administrator will find you.
  13. If all you want is a watch for a prop display, and do not care that it is quartz, then your best bet is WatchEden. Most dealers do not bother with the low end watches, but W-E carries everything from the bottom of the barrel to the cream of the crop.
  14. Bergie is a trusted dealer on this forum. He has his own little web-store here, which contains some pics of some of the items he can get. It's only a small sample of pics, so don't hesitate to ask him in PM if you need something you dont see. His people in Asia can get anything that's been replicated. Go to the Bergie's sub-forum and look around. http://www.rwg.cc/forum/127-bergies/ His actual forum user name is KB if you need to send him a message.
  15. Dorian Gray - That is a classic scam site. Let me spell this one out for you. 1 - Using pictures of the genuine watch from Omega to show you what the "replica" looks like. It's a lie. 2 - Charging $76 for "genuine swiss movement and sapphire crystal" .. a genuine Swiss ETA movement alone retails for $170. It's lie number two. When someone lies to your face, why trust them one inch with your money? We have cultivated a dozen trusted dealers here who have proven their worth over years and years. The "youngest" dealer here has been on board two years .. please don't throw your money away. If you want this watch, and are willing to gamble with your $76+shipping, then expect a Quartz movement watch with mineral crystal or at best an A21j movement watch with mineral crystal. But why give liars the business?
  16. Vaccum is in Florida and is renowned for his lume work. It's his main business, with mods and 7750 work as well. Check his sub-forum here for many pictures of his great work. Here's one of his many posts showing a piece for sale, as-new .. serviced, regulated, lumed ..
  17. All rep's movements are hit or miss. They are often used movements or old stock. Dry or dirty. A21j, clone, Swiss eta ... Maybe it works great and maybe it doesn't. that's what trusted watch techs are for. The good news is that a brand new a21j movement is $20 retail.
  18. Welcome to the Forum! Don't say we did not warn you that the hobby can be addictive. Wait until you find out whats available .. Oh and hey - here's a clue: Don't try and read the forum by visiting the sections individually. Just look on the upper right side of the screen and press View New Posts to see what people are talking about right now. Of course if you are looking for something very specific, then you should hit the dedicated section directly.
  19. Bleh keyless works .. the reason watch tools exist!! They never stop breaking.
  20. The 42 and 45mm Planet Ocean watches are among the most popular and accurate replicas for the past couple of years. Depending on your wallet, they are made to accept genuine Omega parts, to improve upon them if you want to.
  21. I would try one of the trusted dealers' extensive web catalogs ... www.watcheden.net comes to mind. If they do not have it, then it is not being duplicated currently. Go there, and at their search engine (top of the page) select WATCHES and SeaMaster as the search term. For me it returned 25 pages of Seamaster watches. Keep in mind that WatchEden has a broad spectrum of replicas from inexpensive quartz models to 1:1 swiss powered replicas .. you get what you pay for. If you drop $80 on a watch, do not expect it to be 1:1 perfect. For instance, this piece has mineral crystal and an inexpensive a21j movement ... but it's only $118
  22. LV Monogram series is canvas ... will olive oil work on canvas ??
  23. Unfortunately Gio is not a daily contributor anymore. You could ask KB I suppose.
