  1. Wow Theo, what a collection. Thanks for sharing. EOD is on my wishlist too... BTW. South of Sweden? Me too, well, south-west, actually...
  2. Goldfrapp: Seventh Tree, "Cologne,Cerrone,Houdini". Absolutely mind blowing!
  3. Extremely sexy, I think... what is it?
  4. Just got mail from Jay. Apparently "the watchmaker is still waiting for the SS buckle, he expects to have that done in a week or two." Now, that's great news...
  5. This one. And it's going to stay there for a loooong time... I desperately want the Ocean Racer strap, though.
  6. Send Tina over here, we're having the same conversation with our 16 yo every friday.... But seriously, lately we're having a lot of trouble with "Girl Gangs", f**ked up girls (age 14-17) with absolutely no self esteem, picking up good looking girls for fight. And these bitches are really nasty...
  7. Great, I would be in for sure. Copenhagen or Aarhus would be even greater, though.
  8. Just saw Into The Wild... Had a big emotional impact on me. Still recovering... I loved it. But hey, I'm just an old, sentimental Kraut, easily driven to tears...
  9. Another class act... Entertaining, informative, creative and... challenging. Funny to see yours on rubber, I changed mine back to rubber recently. I do like the black shark (and the bracelet), but design, comfort and function taken into consideration, this watch screams for rubber. Especially if you do a lot of swimming (I do)...
  10. Pat Metheny "Still Life (talkin')", before that Al Di Meola "Cielo E Terra", next: Dominic Miller "First Touch"... Yeah, it's sunday morning, sun is shining and I'm in the mood for that kind of soft guitar...
  11. I agree on that. But the idea of having her own parents (great French actors, BTW) acting as her parents, was brilliant. They were so funny... Into The Wild I downloaded yesterday, plan on seing it tonight.
  12. She was "acting" as is, no special effects or make up, I suppose?
  13. No Country For Old Men, outstanding Coen Brothers movie. Javier Bardem really gave me the creeps.... Two Days In Paris, hilarious. Laughed our arses off....
  14. Jay told me his watchmaker is working on it...
  15. Jumpin' Jesus H. Christ, I thought I was spending too much time on the computer...
  16. Great pix Pix, and great collection. I love that Montblanc Sports Chrono
  17. Great combo. I have been in love with the white dial SFSO for a long time, seeing your pics makes me want one even more... Wear them in good health and spirit cheers, Volker
  18. I want, I want..... Who in Singapore sells this beauty?
  19. WOW Hike, that is so great... Thank you so much for sharing! (How) did you tune the room acoustically? BTW. Seeing your gear reminds me that I have forgotten to mention one piece of equipment of mine: a DVDO iScan HD+ up-scaler. It is lifting every signal up to almost HD-quality... Cheers, Volker
  20. Thanks. The amp is a Pioneer VSA-AX10Ai, not ClassA, but clean and extremely powerful. The rest: Sony Xa30ES CD player (modified), Sony ST-STB 900 FM/DAB tuner, Luxman PD 310 record player with vacuum stabilizer, Mission Tonearm and Ortofon MC30Super PU (and Danish NLP MC- Pre), Canton Subwoofer, Elac Speakers (with ribbon tweeters) all around, Pioneer DV-868 AVi DVD, Topfield TF 5500 PVR, LG Plasma TV... If I had to change (again again...) and had the bucks, I would go for Bowers&Wilkins speakers (had them before) and Mark Levinson or Lexicon amps. Cheers, Volker
