  1. WOW!!! I want one! Press kit here: http://www.omegawatches.com/index.php?id=239&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=1119&tx_ttnews[backPid]=224
  2. This will be a project I have to HIDE from my GF She might not like the Black ceramic case, but she loves blue sapphires and diamonds I am sure You can get it more or less off the shelf: There are some gold versions with blue 'sapphires'. All You need to do is ask to have these stones in the All Black : WatchEden Best of luck BTW The diamonds will not lose any sparkle even if they are set in PVD: their brilliance comes from the top. Moissanite is a cheaper option: You are looking to buy around 2.5carats of stones here...
  3. Have a look at this old post: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?s=&amp...st&p=469297 Here are a few pics of mine:
  4. The thing is that the collector I got it from is not on this forum.
  5. BTW The version I got is not from King and it is sub 400usd..
  6. A year later after starting this thread, I got the H BB Ayrton Senna. I will post some pics of it, but for a start here is a video I made A great watch. The open back is pure p0rn, the full ceramic case has a mirror quality to it, the brushed bezel with the different side is great, the strap (pin stripe) is so stylish (scented too), the red chrono pusher is nicely detailed, dial is darker than what You see in the video.. (not full spectrum overhead light) Press HQ and go see it in YouTube for a higher resolution
  7. As much as I would love to have a black DeepSea, I am not getting this version. Front of the watch is aspiring to be the Pro Hunter Deepsea. Back of the watch is aspiring to be the SingleRed Jacque Piccard edition. Helium valve is not black. Ring lock has no engraving. List could go on, but these flaws are enough for me to stop caring to notice.
  8. Thank You for the good news. Maybe the reason for the 'fused dial' is the fact that the bezel of the date window is polished while the rest of the dial is semi-mat. Look at this gen picture: this is NOT a mat dial:
  9. King is closed back, no need to worry about whether the "H" is engraved or not. King is big. Really big. I'd get a BB with Polished Ceramic bezel. No PVD.
  10. That is a good read. I remember reading that in a tech feed. BTW Probably totally unrelated but interestingly, the name kyocera has come up in some previous hublot issues (bezels etc) Conspiracy theorists can have a ball at this http://www.hublot.com/hublot_prod/site/hub...hp?attachId=127 That is nice to know! I mean the bead blasting that works, not the uncomfortable strap that doesn't
  11. For the price, they can offer the crash course on a private yacht cruising the Caribbean, with your spouse, or not.
  12. I don't think You can bead blast ceramic. Well, You can, but I doubt You will get the matt finish As for these new cases, I am really intrigued to see one in person: An eternally polished and unscratched brushed finish sound very nice. That, along with the weight and temperature, will make this watch impossible to convince anybody that it is real Gold. Still, You can claim that this is a prototype ceramic Hublot So, who jumps in first? Nice reflection.
  13. The Red Devils would be nice, but what would be exceptional would be a proper version of the Big Bang King with ceramic bezel: preferably the 322.CK.1140.RX (BIG BANG KING ICE BANG) Look at these bezels: p0rn
  14. OT: 8 is a lucky number for some cultures...
  15. Black Hull --presentation-- It is TiTanium with PVD coat. I say doable. If they make it, I am so getting it What is interesting is "The case construction demonstrates locking pushbuttons".
  16. This is standard 7753. The dials seem clsoer because the case is big (47mm) Nice watches. If they become available, I will get one to keep my C ACC TiRG company
  17. I'll second that! DonPedro? I was ready to get a full black but decided to wait for some pics of a watch besides the prototypes.. Both versions out there have their own problems and I'd hate to buy two to get one ultimate done Instead I ordered a AP ROO RB ceramic I'll do a photo review as soon as I get it
  18. Me too M. I have been out of the scene for a while (new job, new country etc) and now I am getting ready for my next purchase. The All Black has been in my sights for a while now and I would love to have some real life pictures of the 2 versions (as in two factories..) If I cave in first, I will post pictures in this thread. FR G
  19. ...You mean this is not a GEN? Great work! Really love that bezel insert and the band. Any more info on these?
  20. Thank You for sharing. They both look great
  21. Hello M, I have been thinking of getting an HBB AB for a long time now. The problem with this version is that the case is PVD. One scratch and You are done with it. Plus the texture and reflections of ceramic (as You perfectly know) are nothing like those of the PVD'SS. The price might be tempting, but I will wait for this maker to release a full ceramic case. PS: I know there is a full ceramic version already out, but I have no idea how good it is. This is a watch that is so hard to photograph correctly. I never understood if the dial is mat black with glossy numerals, or dark gray.
  22. That is one of the best tool watches ever. 25k$ might be too much for a 'Seiko' (for some), but that is a justified for such a limited run. A lot of us are looking for a nice spring drive, and if Seiko were to offer this magic caliber in a case that would do it justice, I would be all over it. This one is great but not for that price. The side view of it is even more stunning , but still it is a little too big (53mm) for everyday.
  23. Thank You for the review and pics. You are right, it might not be the best example of a reproduction, but it is the first SDDS. I am sure more versions shall follow, especially as soon as one of the genuine articles lands in GZ. The biggest let down is the height of the case. It should be almost double that! They should have used the bezel of the current SD rep. At least they did use the rep ceramic bezel insert of the Ceramic 2008 prototype white gold submariner. And the genuine sapphire is creating the same distortions that make seeing the dial harder than on the previous SD. Wear it in good health and thank You again.
  24. If that is the case, why don't they rid us from the bad full ceramic hublots by releasing the HBB Full Ceramic ultimate version at 358? I am in for two
  25. Nice one Robbie. Looking forward to a close up of that dial. Looks very interesting. Thank You for sharing G
