Auto-winding (via the internal rotor or external winder) an automatic watch is preferable to daily manual-winding because the latter prematurely wears the auto-wind components. If you search the subject on most watch forums, you are likely to find many threads discussing this.

Not likely. The Yuki case is designed to fit a Rolex movement & accept gen parts, while the Silix case (like most replica Rolex watches) is designed to fit a non-Rolex movement & may or may not fit some gen parts.

(Slowly) Hand wind the watch 40 turns, set the time & place it (dial up) on a table for 32 hours. If the watch does not stop, the problem is that your normal movements are insufficient to keep the mainspring fully charged (wound). If the watch stops, it likely requires overhaul/service.

For an early pump-pusher, Brevet case, yes. Later pump cases had standard Twinlock crowns (single line instead of cross) & screw-pusher cases had either Twinlocks (early versions) or Triplocks (later versions).

Nice review, but a couple of comments are called for - There are 2 versions of the DW cases - 1 for V72 & 1 for 7750. The latter has a deeper caseback, the former's caseback is the same size/dimensions as the gen. Phong's pushers are the same as the current version gen (& Ofrei), but, from the 2 watches I have worked on, their internals were filthy & needed overhauling. Anyone investing in a V72-based build, is going to replace whatever crown/tube comes with the case with gen parts. DW's cases usually (but not always) require tapping for proper fit of both crown/tube & pushers. The 1 area where Phong's cases pull decisively ahead of DW's is for pump pusher-style cases (6239, 6241, etc). DW's cases are all cut for screw-style pushers, which leaves the indentation in the case a bit too wide for pump pushers, which are narrower. You can see what I mean on this DW 6239 case This is a gen 6239 for comparison Phong's cases, like the gens, have a more accurate indent for pump pushers. Now whether this justifies the almost triple cost (over DW's case) is up to you. In my case, I went with DWs Also, most of Phong's Daytona dials are hideous, with crowns that look like they were carved by hand (by a blindman with the shakes).

Understanding that no aftermarket part (including cases) is perfect, differences between the better aftermarket cases are minimal & pricing maximal, this seller's 6263 case probably has the fewest sins.

I have not done a side-by-side comparison with Phong's, but since these are nearly indistinguishable from the last version gen, the only thing I can imagine that would best them is an earlier version gen (with flat-top 4s - the only thing, in my opinion, these lack).

Mine came from a US seller, but I do not remember his ebay handle.

Probably me. I did a comparison a year or 2 ago that you can search out. I have 2 of them on DW cases & they are nearly identical to the last series of gens (I would have a hard time telling them apart on an otherwise accurate 62xx Daytona)
