  1. Actually, a little more research is required - I believe the PO you are refrring to in your link is 42mm, which was never produced in "UPO" format. The "UPO" is a 45mm watch...
  2. AWESOME !! Thanks for sharing that with us.
  3. Looking at the photos of "new" and "old" versions, it looks as though the date font and window have been improved as well.
  4. My Lottery win purchase (and current wallpaper) !! ...Still waiting to get all 6 balls
  5. HAPPY BIRTHDAY RWG !! AND LONG MAY IT CONINUE
  6. ... actually, the whole case looks different...
  7. The chrono pushers and crown look different as well... Does yours have a functioning chrono and does it have an automatic or quartz movement?
  8. I had my Senna Link Chrono double AR'd by Jakub - unfortunately I never saw it - he never returned it to me At least with TT's pics I can see what it WOULD have looked like !!
  9. While we're all blowing our own trumpets, I forgot to mention that I used to navigate 250,000 tonne crude oil tankers, 125,000 tonne bulk carriers and 80,000 tonne container ships, around the world.... great fun !!
  10. Makes my job seem quite boring...
  11. My forum name sort of gives the game away, although, after 24 years in the job, I rarely have to get "hot and sweaty" (except when I'm staying in my apartment in Turkey !!) and spend most of my working days driving a desk !!
  12. For me, I would say the total number of reps I have owned (including the ones I've sold on and still own) totals around 60.
  13. Now I'm confused!... I would like to hear what Michael has to say...
  14. What Michael is telling us is a little disturbing! From the majority of the posts I have read in this forum, I was under the impression that the A7750 was a pretty strong motor and would last for years if it had a professional overhaul within the first year of its life. It appears that even an overhaul is no guarantee that a 7750 won't fail due to weak parts... It just goes to reinforce the fact that buying replicas is a lottery !
  15. My heart goes out to all those affected by this terrible tragedy... I just hope the fires die down soon before more lives are lost...
  16. My SMP with gen dial and hands:
  17. Absolutely !! Well said, Lani Mind you ... Avanti's gone very quiet.... perhaps we're too late and we've scared him off...
  18. Lewis I'm very sad that you feel this way Please don't think that this is "the norm" in rep collecting! I have been collecting reps and involved with RWG since 2006 and I have had no watches "disappear", apart from one (thanks to Jakub). I also had 4 watches successfully AR'd by Jakub and the results were spectacular! As you've read, something went seriously wrong with Jakub but rep collecting moves on... Yes, it IS a risky business but if you're prepared and do plenty of research, it can be fairly safe and (a lot) cheaper than buying gens ! Just think how many high quality reps you can own for the price of ONE gen !
  19. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there should be an EDIT button at the bottom right of your screen... EDIT - ...To the left of "QUOTE" and "REPLY"...
