  1. Drool-worthy brother.
  2. Yo bro are you going to like stalk me forever and ever? [emoji1][emoji1][emoji1]
  3. IMHO my friend, yes. A well-converted low beat movement (A2824 base, ETA2846 donor parts) would essentially comprise of about 95% ETA parts, and would run very reliably even when compared vs the ETA 2824 workhorse movement. They key is in proper conversion, and there are certain know-hows involved, and not a simple hack and slash surgery. Yes the power reserve would not be 80hrs, but I would settle for a very reliable and functional movement that has about 42hrs anyday. In comparison, the A7750 sec@12 used in factory ROO reps are factory converted movements, but look at the potential problems they could present. I wouldn't mind to have a skillfully prepared movement prepared by a third-party. Spinmaster has converted at least 50 low beat movements to date that I know of, and there has so far been no complaints from their respective owners. I take that as a tacit confirmation of my faith in the converted movements brother.
  4. That, my friend, is no longer a v3. It is much better.
  5. Or try the newest watch modder of RWG @misiekeped if you're in the USA. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.

  8. Well Mr. Minh or whoever you are, if you have nothing to say for yourself, I guess I would hand you over to my impatient colleague @nikki6. @eBay-vnhandcraftart, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please let us know your intentions. Are you going to start being a member here and over time, gain the trust and business of the community? Quality strapmakers are always welcome.
  9. I think the double post has been fixed too no? Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  10. We are currently pointing fingers at the pink ranger and he is of course denying all wrongdoings. Please stay tuned for further developments mate
  11. According to my usual dealer, the rep manufacturers would be moving away from the 2824 movement in favor of the miyota movement soon, it's a strategy to save costs. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  12. Understood. We can likely help you with the name misrepresentation at RWG but for repgeek and other forums you would have to approach the respective admin staff there. Hope you understand that it's beyond our scope of jurisdiction when it comes to other forums. Perhaps @wimpie could help you for RG. @nikki6 OP is yours to handle buddy as I would be on the roads again. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon. 13. You've been an asset to our community and congrats on both the post count and watch collection! Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  14. Lol scammer hammer! Ok hello Cang, I would like to clarify your intention here at RWG please. Is it to warn members here of an impersonator or do you intend to set up shop here? We can understand your position and it does not look good for the OP if he does not step in here to clarify. Meanwhile, I appreciate your clarification and let's see what the other guy has to say. As stated we are not here primarily to resolve the dispute between you and OP, but RWG members need to be aware of, and protected from any potential misrepresentations. @nanuq@mike on a bike. 15. What are the specs and is it a 1:1? The purple looks a bit too dark. [emoji6] Just kidding. Beautiful little girl and rightfully proud of her first watch! I'm sure she would wear it well! Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  16. Welcome Feza and you'll find this place very informative especially when it comes to Rolex! You're in the right place sir. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  17. Ok@vnhandcraftart and@ebay-vnhandcraftart, I understand that you're both strapmakers selling on eBay. Welcome to RWG firstly. Neither of you, however, are registered vendors here. I understand that there could be an identity dispute here but let's not escalate the issue here on RWG. We always appreciate new talents and vendors but it would be nice to start off on a good note. I believe that a good strapmaker would be an asset to our forum but let's not start off on the wrong foot here sirs. @vnhandcraftart do you have anything to say, regarding the alleged impersonation?@ebay-vnhandcraftart please clarify yourself with more details. One last thing, whoever wishes to be an approved vendor here, please do the right thing and pm out administrator@nanuq. Thanks guys for the kind cooperation. 18. First of all I'm sorry that you found the comments hateful. As the guys (who know me better) have testified, they are not meant to be disdainful or disparaging, and my comments are directed solely against the watch you've shown. Yes you're right that the reps have come a long way, but it's an irony that you chose to complement that statement with pictures of a low-end, egregiously bad replica. Showing a rep like this in a forum enriched with in-depth information about reps, and then getting compliments would only mean that we are a sarcastic or ignorant bunch and I'm sure that's not a place you would want to be at. A word of caution though, even the so-called "ultimate" reps are full of flaws which you may or may not be able to accept. The reason why I asked for a picture of your genuine watch, is simply so that I can bring to your attention, the horrible flaws of the watch you posted vs the one you have in hand. Take the time to study the two, and you will see what I mean. Even if you place the "ultimate" version side by side with the genuine one, the flaws would be many and some really obvious, like date wheel position and thickness of the case. I am definitely not hateful toward you but if you're expecting compliments for a rep like that, I cannot sincerely give you one, sorry. I can however compliment your genuine watch, it is beautiful and praiseworthy of course. Stay on and learn about AP reps, there are many many details to learn about and discuss and improve on. Discussions like this are mostly directed toward the watch not the person. I hope that you are not going to treat that low-end rep as an extension of your ego. Trust me, once you learn about its position among the replicas, you would not be inclined to wear it anymore. I am not going to be rude or nasty to you. I think you just lack knowledge and given time you would learn like we all did. I wish you a very pleasant and fruitful time here. P.S. Thanks guys for clarifying what I've written. I truly appreciate it. I think the OP just needs to learn that even among replicas, good and bad ones exist and we should help him choose the right ones. That's what the forums are for. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  19. Firstly welcome to RWG! This isn't the "ultimate" rep (industry term which I disagree with), but one which is low-end, possibly a quartz. Search for "JF AP ROO Michael Schumacher rep" and you will see that it does come with titanium end links instead of rose gold. Also, your watch comes with the wrong subdials, wrong datewheel position, wrong date font, wrong bezel, in addition to the classic replica ROO flaws (which the so-called "ultimate" version also possess). The flaws for the MS rep are plenty in general, and I especially hate the replica dial color, which is a grey which is very ugly. Can we see your authentic carbon chronograph? I am sure that its a beauty to behold. P.S. When I mentioned wrong subdials above, I meant that your subdial@12 is exactly the same as the subdial@6. The subdial@9 is wrong, and the subdial spacing is wrong. But if you like the watch, all that I have mentioned does not matter. Wear it well sir.
  20. I don't consider that rude but rather yummy. Must be something wrong with my eyes haha [emoji14] Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  21. Hello Ozgur, welcome to one of the best forums on Earth! Can you tell us about the kind of reps you can buy from the streets of Turkey these days? I have heard pretty different accounts of the rep watches found in your country.
