  1. Thanks for the heads up R. Correcting a flaw takes time and money. Covering the flaws up in marketing pictures cost minimal time and is relatively effortless. The dealers/factories would of course be happy if someone is willing to spend money and buy up the mistakes. To deliberately and knowingly cover up known flaws in website pics is deception and misleading, to call a spade a spade. I wonder if the QC pics reflect the flaws hidden otherwise in the website pics, or are the flaws deliberately hidden as well? Thank you for sharing this with the community. We should not let the dealers/factories deceive us in such a manner, if what you posted proves to be true.
  2. Food for thought, literally? Lol Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  3. It would help if the seller provides pictures that are not taken from across the building which the watch is located, can you at least request him to do that? Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.

  5. OK B, congrats! The Jubilee band is on its lonesome and harrowing flight to Anchorage now though.
  6. Guys, intime.co and intimewatch are two different and separate entities. Do not mix them up. Ryan is from Intime.co Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon. To be clear, what is the website you purchased from? 7. Thank you for your very kind and fair comments. To be honest I do not know what happened exactly, as it happened before my time. All I know is that DW screwed him out of some watches/parts and as a result he couldn't deliver to modded watches to the buyer(s). I honestly do not know how much and how many people were involved then. I do agree, we should have a trusted modder list, official or otherwise. Whenever money is involved, there should be an indication of the trustworthiness level of the seller (or modder). Good thinking there. Carrying out the qualification could be tougher though, and I guess only through buyer/customer feedback could the modder reputations be built. 8. The cuts in the straps are standard and every single piece would be the same. They do not affect the durability of the straps. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  9. The moderators here sometimes do not know best, and often, its established members like yourself that could teach us a thing or two. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to give spinmaster a chance to serve the community again!
  10. Thank you Mike. I do know spin personally and he is a regular family guy with a job and an interest in horological modifications like a lot of us. He is a competent and capable watch smith in my opinion. I have worked with him in the past two years, to churn out modded AP divers and other modded AP watches and without bias, I do think that he does a good job on those. Whatever happened in the past could have marred his reputation in some way, but I am here to assure the community that he is not a scammer, or a greedy person. I would advocate that we give him a chance to return, he would be an asset to our community, especially those based in Asia. We have great and knowledgeable guys like Misiekped, SSteel, Rolexman etc based in the CONUS and Europe, let us welcome someone who could help guys based in Asia and even the Middle East. I will vouch for his competence and trustworthiness. He is a personal friend and like I said, I've worked with him many times and I know him well. 11. Perhaps you could let me know which is your preferred dealer, I would likely be able to give you a direct link to the website. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  12. Welcome@jtrunzo1 what watches do you own now, and what do you hope to own in the near future? Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.

  14. Hi, If the bracelet and safari are both from the same factory, eg JF, it would fit. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.

  16. Guys what do you mean backward? Like on the right wrist? [emoji1][emoji1] Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon. The first pic is a franken gold rubberclad. Ask@imajedi to show you his. It looks better. The second, I would suggest you ask your local Jeweller to modify it. 17. I'm here for the beer and hot dogs. What's an AP bro? [emoji1] Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon. I'm generally not a dealer, you have to let me know what you want specifically before I can let you know what I can do. Thanks Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  18. Fake for two reasons sir: 1. Nobody who owns this AP model would give it such a generic name when showing it off. 2. The watch dial looks devoid of details like. a 3D printed version. So yes, it's a fake. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  19. If your brother understands that this is an ugly representation of the gen watch, and is egregiously inaccurate, then ok he can go ahead and accept the QC. There are no flaws other than what I have mentioned. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.

  21. Excellent idea and thank you. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  22. Don't worry mate. Ryan is a stand up guy. Bottom line is that if your payment was received, you would get your watch. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
  23. QC right after payment? That could be an unrealistic expectation sir. Usually I wait between 2-4 days for that after payment hehe but maybe my dealer is slow. Message crafted while riding a leathery juvenile T-Rex and charging toward the horizon.
