Hey Eurnomians, Is this the same datewheel for the valjoux 7750?

I am looking to do a few date swaps and was looking for the product numbers to the black day and date for the valjoux 7750. BTW this is in anticipation of the Slevin Aquatimer. Thanks.

For a more accurate look the replacement is recommended, however there is nothing wrong with the date; all 31 days are there, and in order. COUNT ME IN FOR ONE!

I purchased the 111 and it came with a slew of issues. Loose crown, loose back screw, stripped case, were all problems I've had at different intervals. Each time DSN was more then happy to fix it for me, however the hassle of sending your daily timekeeper back is a hassle. I do beleive he has excellent service, but his quality control is consistently lacking. However, the finish on the dials is great, and his crown and crown guard are amazing. If you are heavy into modding I would not hesitate to call on DSN every time.

Please keep me posted. I am interested too. If not for the PVD this watch at $150 is a good deal.

That's good to hear. I am going to check with King, and Angus. I just hope this isn't a cartel exclusive. BTW that faux wood on the 2006 killed it for me, and I much prefer the engraved diver.

SSSurfer has been immensely helpful as I approach the 028 project. I understand its a huge undertaking, but it's my favorite PAM. I might have the 10 grand to buy the gen in the future, but for now I will try my best to mod it. BTW SSSurger- Were you able to re-do the PVD? I am also meaning to contact you about the cyclops, I got the datewheel from Mark about a week ago.

Nudged my girlfriend to tell her it was either a 113 or 114 (couldn't see if there was a seconds hand at 9). She told me to "shut it".

just ordered the date wheel form www.ofrei.com. the total came to $21 shipped via UPS.

I have the gen Fleiger and the gen Spitfire. I have since sold the Spitfire, but as Kruzer mentioned both are watches are too small. 38 or 39 mm.

very good observation, archibald. from the pictures this is what i noticed as well, but i would argue that the bigger proper is still the depth of the caseback engraving. i personally think that this is something more easily corrected, compared to the intricacies of the dial. this just goes with the lack of detail to attention. i know i am nitpicking, but this is going to be a costly rep.

Nice little discussion. I got my 111H from Davidsen. I am quite happy with the watch, and found his service to be excellent. Although the price was high it was comprable to buying a piece and having it re-lumed by The Zigmeister or vac, or any of the other illustrious lumers.

Lello is willing to make a date wheel to fit the 2892-2 movement if there is enough interest. If you are interested please chime in. Currently I only know of the PAM 027 and 028 using this movement. If you know of other Chinese or Japanese movements that could use the fix please also include your input. I think the cost will be similar to his current date wheel, but still not certain. I posted the same thing on the replica-watch.info. Thanks in advance. I would really like to see this made.
