Thanks live, I own a modded tc v6 and it's gorgeous. But this watch will be fro a friend of mine who really doesn't care too much. Nevertheless, the watch should feel solid out of the box and the flaws should not be too tremendous. Do you think andrew's bp woud fit that?

Ok, yeah I saw the one from trusty but the rehaut looks awfull. So there is only noob and bp (cheapies) and otherwise I need to look for a used one?

Thanks live, but it must be a 16610 so I think v2 and bp are out of the game. wm9 and tc v6 is not what I am searching about since it's too expensive. I heard about the Sean and it must have a great case. But do I still get them from our td's for a decent price?

A friend of mine who previously owned a gen 16613 really likes my tc sub v6 but he has not the money to pay 550usd and he's not that aware of flaws as we are on the boards So my question is where I can find the best 16610 from our TD's. Trusty has one which looks fairly nice but as much as I am aware this is not the noobmariner right? Is the noobmariner 16610 still the beste (except TC sub) we can get from our dealers? Moreover I have a spare caddell vintage insert lying around at home and want to know whether this would fit or not? Thanks for any inputs, Cheers

Thank you very much. So gen crystal and tc gasket and I am ready to go?

I wear my v6 for swimming and showering without any problems. Thomas will definitely not forget to put in the gaskets but never trust reps from your td since there it could happen more frequently. But if you want to be 100% sure rather have it testes before your first dive

Hope to get an answer of an expert. Basically I am offered a gen xtal of a pretty actual gmt. The seller is no expert and is not sure whether it fits my tc 16610 v6 or not. Moreover it comes without gasket. Does tc gasket work or do I need a gen aswell? Cheers

It is a massive but very elegant car mate (: BMW, Maserati and Ferrari revealed some amazing new cars as well. And a lot of people were wearing AP's there..now really feel the urge to get one.

pureti.me is a trusted dealer and he has a lot of watches that are super reps and extremely nice right out of the box! iparadisiac and perfectwatches belong together and apart from their nice internet appearance they sell crappy watches for way too much money! Unfortunately many of us here on the board, including myself, did the mistake and bought our first reps from dealers like them. They deliver you something but you pay way too much and quality is bad and not to compare with anything the trusted dealers sell! Please don't do the same mistake and read a little about different watches. As soon as you know which one you like choose a trusted dealer and you are ready to go! cheers

The only thing where I can see it is the slightly different crown..but this is not noticable if they don't lay next to each other! amazing

Nice watch and great photo skills! Is it a tc v6 with gen crystal and gen insert?

Product review Clark gen Spec 295c crystal comapred to genuine Rolex crystal
sputim replied to rsh's topic in The Rolex Area
Wow thanks for the effort! I am on the fence buying a gen crystal for my tc but clarks looks amazing. My only concern with the tc xtal is the magnifier. Is there still a difference between clarks xtal s magnifier and gen? Thanks -

Panerai153 very nice to hear that you get yourself a safari! As you know the fc diver is on top of my list followed by the safari Not an ap experts in any means but service and having the xtal AR'd is exactly what I am going to do. Enjoy your new watch it's so nice!

Not an expert about movements but as much as I know v5.1 so noob factory uses new and very reliable seagull movements. Not sure what v5 exactly uses but I guess they are a little less reliable. Probably decide on yourself which watch is more comfortable on your wrist, has better lume appliance and overall better built quality. I guess every movement needs a service at one point in time and if you have a repfriendly watchsmith and it's a keeper for you a proper service it's worth every penny Nevertheless, i hope an expert chimes in and you receive your goddies soon

New Addition to my AP box - RGRC ROO
sputim replied to panerai153's topic in The Audemars Piguet Area
I feel quite the same to be honest. I always thought AP's are not my cup of tea but I really start to like them. I get the fc diver v3 as soon as I have the funds together and the ap roo safari will follow. Lucky me I can have it serviced and AR'd by Domi to get an amazing looking and reliable keeper. I hope that you get in touch with a fellow uk member that could dropship it for you. Your idea with the two packages seems very reasonable to me and if all gears are working properly, turnaround time should not be increased much more than 2-3 weeks Second chance seems to be the new guy in uk who unfortunately not yet does AR service. So best of luck to you and I am looking forward to receice the fc diver -
I think I got you Legend Perhaps I won't like it as well and it's probably a reason for the many popping up in the sales section I will see..but I will definitely get a safari soon and have it serviced and AR'd by Domi. Cheers

I am really sorry for your lost but people here often do vice versa and put original parts on their rep watches. Personally I would not add aftermarket parts to a gen watch. Best would be to talk with your rolex dealer and ask what the best price is he can offer and try to keep the insert without the pearl and I am sure you can sell this one for quite some money. Certainly there are aftermarket ceramic inserts that would fit your watch but they by far can't compete with the real deal. First the color of the numbers is white and not platinum as it is meant to be and to add the pearl is not excellent. So try to replace it and you will be happier in the long run and in case you want to sell your watch it gets pretty problematic with a rep insert Cheers
