  2. @sgtguk I haven't had any replies from Mike. I sent an email requesting a progress report since he gave me a very short turnaround time and my fix is now very time sensitive. But its been a few days now and no response. Guess I'm not alone. No more messages from me though.
  3. Hey guys. I'm expecting an update from Mike very soon. The solution we came up with was a pretty simple one so he should have been able to do it over the weekend. Just waiting on him to give the word and ill let you all know.

  6. Me and Mike have decided on a solution to my issue. He has given me a timeline and hopefully my watch will be done and sent off by the weekend.
  7. I bought a Transocean Chrono with a quartz movement a few months back. Basically I want to know if I could swap out the quartz movement for an A7750. Possible or not?

  12. Down the list, Mike? He's had my watch since June! How far down can I be? And all I want is to have it returned... Shouldn't be a waiting list for that.
  13. I still haven't heard anything about the return of my watch. I can't think of any reason why this should be so hard... And I cannot see why mike should be communicating with some and not others.

  15. And the people without specific info on each of Mike's cases continue to contribute where its totally unnecessary. The question is simple... Do you have a watch or money with Mike and has he communicated with you recently? Anyone who has property and/or money with Mike are quite rightly entitled to ask this question, especially after a change in his behaviour that had strayed beyond the bounds of what most could call "reasonable", even given the circumstances. Since July 18, I have gotten ONE PM from Mike... And he received my watch on June 4th in perfect working condition AND has been paid to service the movement. Just in case you haven't checked, today's date is September 15. THAT'S ONE PM IN TWO MONTHS!. He is supposed to be sourcing a pinion that broke after he serviced the Movt, but since Sept 7 I have been trying to get him to send the watch back as is. HE HAS NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY REQUEST! This is a man who has had my watch and my money for over 3 months. Reasonable behavior? I think not.
  16. Its not going to work, Mike. Trying to make other people out to be the bad guys in this. Your tirades are not going to distract anyone from your unacceptable behavior. Until everyone gets their watches back, Me included, the $#!+ storm is not going to die. Send my watch back.

  18. Ive been a part of this forum for a while now, and it seems like the vast majority of members here are Panerai fans and own some model of PAM or another. But for some reason, apart from a full black Radiomir I saw one day, Panerai has never caught my eye or made me want to own one!! Now I know I will probably be alone here, but I dont want to continue feeling so lonely in my indifference towards Pams. Please, someone... tell me Im not the only one. Or someone else, please tell me what exactly it was that made you a Panerai person. Maybe I can be converted.

  21. Somehow I don't think Mike will ever reply. To me at least. I've been trying to get him to acknowledge my return request for too long now. If he hasn't seen fit to respond up til now, I can't see why he would change at this point. I just hope he decides to put my watch in the mail, whether he responds or not.
