  2. Very stupid question... But since I just found a message from RWG in my spam-mail folder; Have you checked your spam-mail folder.... Could it be possible that a mail from Trusty T is there? 8-)
  3. May be a visit to a AD would be interesting?! You do not know any thing..... 8-)
  4. Sorry to hear WatchFriend! I really wish you the best! In two weeks the largest miracle will happend; Your first child. I really hope New work will follow! remember all your skills and experiences. No multi national Company can ever take that away from you! They are the loosers in this run! I wish you the best!!!! 8-(
  5. Timex! It is said that Bill Gates first watch was a Timex Datalink! That was back in 1995. That was the great invention of a watch that could read the content from Schedule+ the predecessor of Outlook. A very useful thing in those days, before the mobilephone took over that work. Besides this Timex was known as "The worlds fastest school-watch. It made the hour go in 30 minutes". 8-)
  6. Have you heard the new Avantasia-album? "The Mystery of Time" Again a lovely Avantasia project from Tobias Sammet!! That is running on my mobile phone, in the car etc! 8-)
  7. WOW! Any way, it is big. It is big and thick! With this you can dive down to the deepest point at the earth, and if you do not survive your watch will! The disadvantage will be that if the watch would break down when you reached the bottom the rescue personnel could look at your broken watch and see when you reached the bottom. With a working watch this would only be working when they picked you up. Any way, this is a strained situation... I do believe you will not come into this situation. So until then you can be sure that you have a watch that, in theory can bring you to the deep! 8-D
  8. Just wonderfull, ASCIWhite! Lovey Eater trip! 8-)
  9. Really pieces of (heavy) metal!! Those will give you a feeling that you have the watches there! You will notice if they are not there, so take care of your back! 8-)
  10. As far as my experience is there are/is(?) always a flaw. The reps are always being better, but as PC-software; "in new versions old bugs are solved and new arrived". The gen produces are also creating new products. That gives new challenges to the rep-producers. Any way; a rep will never become a gen. Find a rep that you enjoy and find suitable for your eye and wrist. They have always a very good and "close to gen look". Our TD's will give you good pictures of it before you buy, and they have the best reps. You might find flaws on your watch, but that is a part of the challenge. From what I have read the "cleaner watches" are the best and easiest to produce. Some are also having the highest volume. That also gives the producers better experiences. Check out the guides and reports that are on the Forum. You will find much interesting there! Have fun! 8-)
  11. Hi The_Rymeister. No, this picture is not from France. Not as exotic(?). The picture is from Norway. Right outside of Oslo! It was taken before the snow came. 8-)
  12. A nice photo taken this autumn.... I love that nature! (hmmmm. fancy modern clicking worked in now days...!) 8-)
  13. No app for Android.... I must check for a normal photo...
  14. In other words; A gen watch, more than a few years old, with a leather strap will be impossible to find! There must be many frankes out there! 8-)
  15. Very cool tips, Archentypal! I wonder if that tips will work on other sites as well! 8-D 8-)
  16. Try to hit <Ctrl + E> and you will automatically put the cursor in the search bar. Hit <Enter> and you will start the search. Much easier than trying to click on the magnifier! And all those helpful spellcheckers in the search engine! What is most annoying is the "Ask-Search & Toolbar" that you always have to select "do not install" every time you update the #@¤%&§ JAVA software... 8-| 8-)
  17. When they moved their domain they wrote that it could take some time before it was fullfilled. Any way the DNS does not replicate that slow... It worked for me some hours after I read the news here... (And it still worked for me...) You can try a <Ctrl + F5> in your browser. That will refresh the webpage and clear the browsers cach. 8-)
  18. One of my friends had a rep sent back to the factory for repair. (I do not remember the TD-name). All worked very well, but it took about some months! That is of course the worst part; to wait. Unfortunately no other alternative to make the job... But when the watch returned all sad memories of the waiting was gone! (Good things comes to those who wait!) Good luck!
  19. "Good things comes to those who wait". (Jason Ringenberg/Jason & the Scorchers") Have fun together!
  20. You might try TimeZone.com. That is a well-known site for "gen watches only". Off course you might be receiving a rep (but I have never read about that! (as far as I can remember)). The TimeZone-members are strictly fighting against the rep-business. If you buy from the serious sellers you can be sure for getting a gen watch. I have been buying several watches from members there and have only good experiences. I would have given that a try! At leas a look! That is for free, but you have to make the coffee yourself! 8-)
  21. If you really want to get as close to a gen as possible you will need to mod your watch after arrival. You can have different gen parts added. But why? The gens delivered by the trusted dealers are between very good to very very good! (or something like that). A good rep is very good! If you are looking for "something that is as best as possible" you will find it, but I will recommend finding the best watch you like.... Some models are easier to make rep of than others. And all this information are "behind these walls" (or "behind these drive", that will be more correct!) Welcome to RWG. You will find much useful information here! [bOLD] 8-) [bold]
  22. Thanks for this! Really a beauty. And I really want one... PH 8-)
  23. Any way I like the Breitlings without the chronograph... They are cleaner and.... prettier? Any way, you got a nice one there! 8-)
  24. Hrmf! Cannot Ford make some goodies by themselves? The last "killer" from Ford was the Capri. Later the Cougar has been quite good. The recent collection are not at the top. With the "Aston Martin look-a-like" they safely moves towards; the bottom.... But the Capri, that is, even today, a killer... 8-(
