Soo...had been to Domis spa with my 16570
He did...
removed the rehaut engraving
trimmed the CGs
lightly overhauled the movment
waterproofed up to 100m
Funny thing at this point...I bought it as 21j from the seller and it came out that there is a Swiss Eta inside...but (there is always a but )...it's stamped 2836-2 but is running at 21600 bph. If one is looking with a loupe you can see that it is a 2800. A pretty old movement used in the 60s...running strong but slow
Maybe I'm going to use this for my upcoming 1675 which will be powered by a DG3804b (if the movement is coming one day... ) just to make her more reliable .
For now I put the 16570 an a nice white nato and going to wear it through the summer since the 16570 white dial is a pretty nice summer watch
Well...since I do have three kids but always liked fast cars (back when I was young ...I had a Porsche 928 GTS, BMW M6, Porsche 944 turbo S, Porsche 911 turbo 3.2, Porsche 924 Carrera GT, MB 190E 3.2 AMG) my dream car is a VW T5 TH2 997
Specs:
0-100km/h in 4.9 sec
Topspeed 280km/h
480hp
620Nm
Now I saw the videos but cannot understand ones problem with it...I mean...at least she's covering her "garden eden" (which is to sad though ) and there are much more boobs around in the average adds on TV.
I would have had (if I had) more a problem with her cap (Cocaine & caviar)...boobs are boobs...every women has'em and everyone knows how they look like
If one has to explain to his wife or whomever, just take it as an advantage "Look...there are some crazy guys...they're way more ill then I am...so don't blame me for being a watch addict!!" I'm sorry for you guys, but at least I won't change my avatar. There is a good reason why it always makes me smile when looking at it and I don't want to miss it. I have been banned from repgeek for using this avatar and I have to say...if they don't want me, I don't need them!! Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware.
Sorry...I can't help but I had the same problem with my latest purchase from Andrew a 16750. Asked him what to do he replied it's a known bug, I should send it back to him he'll replace it. Well...I decided to sell it with a little loss since I don't have the patience to wait and since there is another pepsi to come Domi said that there is a problem with the movement but he can fix it So at least it shouldn't be that serious Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware.
Well...as I wrote...according to that one and only pic of yours it looks like the lower CG has a weired rounded inner shape and that's there a pretty visual gap between the SEL and the horns. Lucky you if it's only the pic or my eyes...don't wanna offend you Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware.
Well...mine is from the Phillipines, from the Olongapogod himself, Jaffy Jurado . Custom made for my wife and me for our 5th wedding day years ago Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware.
You can't get'em...know what...I feel bad for you and to make you happy I'll take the watch off of you so you don't have to think about it anymore Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware.
Well...it depends on the way one is looking at it...he probably spent more on this uberfranken then he would have to spent on a total genuine but still has a watch that, according to his pics (SEL fitment, CG trim), screams "rep"...from my/this point of view I cannot agree that dan_189 is a/the winner
How about a day or two in a spa...maybe together, maybe with a good friend of hers...this is at least something my wife would love to do
