  1. "Swiss" was transitional dial from Tritium to Luminova these were 98/99 til 2000 some came 2001 from ad after that dials were "Swiss Made".
  2. These bracelets and seller are gen, fatderek is sourcing parts and bracelets then assembles or restores them after that he sells refurbished bracelets. I'm seeing that one is mid 80's and another one is from service and mid 90's.
  3. I don't know man. Are you sure that's "gen" franken? I'm not saying that it's the same as PT Sub's but close. Never I have seen this kind of coronet on gen clasp. PT pictures of Sub 14060M: Sub: http://www.pure-time.com/product/submariner-14060m-a2836/ Clasp: http://www.pure-time.com/published/publicdata/PTWWEBASYST/attachments/SC/products_pictures/RLX-2011-02-28-01-10_enl.jpg Clasp: http://www.pure-time.com/published/publicdata/PTWWEBASYST/attachments/SC/products_pictures/RLX-2011-02-28-01-09_enl.jpg Another head scratcher is clasps stamped inner markings which is too bold or how to say, too square at the bottom of letters. I have seen V and U shape stamped letters.
  4. Maybe I will Just found my old post with GV here, didn't even remember that I posted it here. http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/168028-milgauss/?p=1321044
  5. Bumping this thread! Ezio, where is your GV pictures. Just found this thread and no pictures.
  6. Newer Rolex models like 3135 are turning the DW same direction with ETA movements. EDIT: BTW very very nice YM (hoping to not to like it so much ) ((don't wear it very much , these are scratch magnets, TC also blogged about this in his blog))
  7. It's made of different parts. Clasp coronet is wrong. Upper part is 93150, lower parts are from 78350 and letters are also wrongly stamped. Thinking rep. Don't know about end links.

    New TC LV

Really?? Like dbane883 already mentionedm its' no problem whatsoever. Here you can see that you can remove full bezel assembly and put the click spring where gen Sub's and GMT's have it. Photo courtesy: TC
  9. Yes exactly and you will understand when you see it!
  10. Sub dial hand size is .255
  11. Nanuq your link is broken or won't open correctly, here is strait from youtube:
  12. You have 24 hours to catch Gelena from eBay and time is ticking! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rolex-Oyster-Perpetual-Lady-Wristwatch-steel-case-with-rotating-bezel-glass-set-/111556961528?pt=US_Watch_Bands&hash=item19f95024f8 (no this is not my ad and I'm not affiliated with it)
  13. Found one ladies Gold Rolex Daytona in Estonian ad Translated with google translate: Gold watch with a gold bracelet. Strap width 16-20 mm-, the inner circumference of bracelet 19-20,5cm-. The dial diameter is 30 mm . The clock is running with kinetic energy, ie is not the watch batteries, nor is it even necessary to turn, perhaps turns itself at anchor up and move your hand. The clock model is Cosmograph, the exact model of the Rolex Oyster Pepertual Daytona. The overall weight of 151.95 grams of the clock, there is also Assay certificate that watch bears the sample 750, and the weight is accurate. The clock has no major scuffs, and is a very showy. The Watch mechanism is not numbered Rolex factory, but Swiss ETA factory-made plunger mechanism, so it has not a lifetime warranty on the watch, it's the only difference. This value of the Watch is included in the price of gold today gold prices due to the low ~ 2900 euros. The market price of EUR 4500-5000, Our Price 3250.- EUR.
  14. Interesting, because Rolex serviced my Rolex and it has exactly the same as ST bars and I bought second batch of gen bars and those are exactly like your Rolex gen.

    Rolex 1675

    Fake or incorrectly refinished dial.
  16. Yep, good advise! I have used kuwarsit and said that I was a member of rwg.bz but no problems on shipping or quality. Many members there have been using this site but to be sure of safe shipping and no problems afterwards it is best to join the forum there before you use this seller. Intime is trusted on rwi but havent used this seller but also heard only good things.
  17. Case and hands are also off.
  18. Harrington is good and legit but little pricey. Bought 2-3 items from them over the years.
  19. It means that this watch is going to get fixed or get changed.

    Milgauss

My Mil with gen crystal and I think it's worth it if you have the money. In the sun the crystal looks amazing with sunbeams reflecting off the crystal. Right now I don't have outside picture to show.
  21. Did you mean RolexAddict who builds excellent 1675 versions?
  22. Excellent article, awesome collection and link to a good reading "Blue Hole".
  23. Is the rep dw possibly thinner and spring will slip?
  24. Yep it's almost gen-like. Some minor screw location differences and font sizes.
  25. Here is the chrono functions with rotor removed. Some movements chronos will break after playing for some time and when chrono is running, you can press reset pusher and it bends the lever inside, on some you can press reset pusher and nothing happens, that's because they have lever inside witch moves away from the reset pusher tip. If you press stop pusher then lever moves back to in front of reset pusher tip and then you can reset the chrono. Metal is soft and it bends, some have better quality and will work long time. On my example, the reset function didn't work after 10th time or so and when I did open the case back I saw the lever (nr 4 on pic) was slipped out of place with hammers (nr 5 on pic). You can read here how chrono in 7750 works: http://www.timezone.com/img/articles/horologium631672313433425752
