You'll not need to, but if you do I suggest a watchlsmith. I changed the insert on my TC LV (from black to green) and my TC Cadell Rouge Sub from black to red. Both times I struggled to remove the insert. Eventually I used a soft plastic tool between the crystal and the insert and it just popped out. I managed to insert the LV myself but the red needed a trip to my friendly watchsmith.
I've been here a year today and only three hundred odd posts, but I've made some good friends and have pocketed around 50 watches - one per week
So thank you to all the great members here.
Most if not all of the TD's can get the same watches. Pick the seller first then the watch is the golden rule, but yes Andrew at Trusty is good to deal with. And, welcome BTW.
Yeah, I don't think that the insert will say there for long, but at £10 it was worth a shot! I keep looking at Tudor BB's and this is as near as any of my watches go lol
I bought a Stingray strap and was wondering what to pop it on. Then it came to me; I had a red insert laying around and my TC Sub hadn't been worn for a couple of weeks, so .....
As it was.
Then with the Stingray.
And with a red insert to go with the red second hand.
..... Maybe just for summer.
lol at you Dutchies. During the last World Cup, I was watching the Netherlands play (can't remember who) with some Dutch colleagues and they all slated RVP saying he was terrible and that he shouldn't represent his country. How times change eh. Great win for you guys.
There's lots of great people here, most of whom are willing to share knowledge. If you want a hard time, try some of the other rep forums; they can be really tough with newbies! When I join any forum I go by - read more, post less. That kinda gets me a little up to speed before I start asking too many naive questions.
