  1. This is old Anyway... I totally agree and dont give an eye blink at these language differences and word 'perfect' meanings. I know they aren't literally perfect, they are just closer then the rest. a literally perfect rep would just become another gen. Nobody in the whole wide world would sell one at normal rep price.
  2. well done dadog I like the leathers but i so miss the stitching. I quess it will be a nice add in near future When I first posted my tutorial I thought we would have a little boom at star making projects around here, i was wrong, but nowadays I see more and more users doing such lovely straps I am so happy. Theres nothing more pleasant as getting your own strap commented and appriciated from various people. Theres nothing better I prefer comments at my own straps than on my watches, really Its always a bit of your soul in everything you make on your own. I could hijack your topic with pictures of mine latest strap but no Your straps are lovely and they do deserve their own topic And dont worry, me neither never used any pro tools Just home stuff from my drawer When strap making aint easy it becomes way more proud to finish Cheers and keep up good work Kuba
  3. and if your wrist is tiny get it in 42.5mm you could think about a panerai. once you get one you wont regret it
  4. ROTFL
  5. looks lovely strap matches Ti extremly nice, so I second you, it was a good choice i have to get this sausage dials one day for sure
  6. i wore 111h on ss bracelet yesterday but today Im back to this one, its stunning and I love it
  7. yeah I could hang it on the wall as my wall clock And it probably wont let me fall asleep with its loud TIC TOC TIC TOC... j/k Its just aint my cup of tea
  8. if your second hand scratche syour dial I advice you to take it to some watchsmith near your place and ask him to gently move your second hand up. I quess this will be 5usd quick fix. And no, Ive never heard of this problem before. Probably the machine that put hands on your watch fit it to deep Thats all
  9. Yuk! Its ugly! I mean seriously, what is so cool about this watch?
  10. ^ exactly nobody knows panerai all my friends now know it for sure, but only since I wear one. Never heard about one before Cheap Pam is a good for start, you cannot tell if you would either love it or hate it That mineral glass isnt that delicate at all, its someway hardered and not so easy to scratch. Believe me, I have one for about a year, and only one serious scratch which my local watchsmith cleared out with a wax polishing paste in few seconds. Its a good for daily beater, you wont be as much afraid about it as you would if it was 4 times more expensive. Cheers
  11. Damn Maciek, the thing I was always so envy about you is that your present, so as the past GF, loves watches and likes to wear them Mine just says that if I ever buy her watch she would get it as a sign that its high time we split. Stupid supersition Although I do not like this purdey pams too this one looks nice on her wrist, but I think I like her in Navitimer better. Cheers, Kuba
  12. that is a proper statement but even if I would get this sexy one in Ti
  13. exactly, You can also add that its needdle swan neck regulator instead of the dagger one used in gen movements. And that font is definetely too bold. My peeps on this one.
  14. ive been always knocking my head, why the hell did I choose 111 to be my first pam 112 is way more ellegant and dressy Damn you lucky great time piece, wear it well and let it tick for a life time!
  15. im sure that these straps are pure awesomeness but I wont get any of them since my PO was less expensive
  16. yeah, looks good K. I must get one of these sealants eventually. I use only sandpaper to make edges smooth and then paint them with special leather paint. It does look similar but its aint no sealant still good job, I hope in few weeks time you would provide our community with even better straps
  17. ok K, cant wait for extra photos show also the sealant itself, and the eventuall place you got it from cheers, Kuba
  18. this beauty just arrived from a fellow member rangers158 at RWI The watch is stunning and comepletly awesome its a 4th gen swiss 42mm PO I quess it will be seeing a hellowa of wrist time next weeks
  19. lovely only thing that I dont like are the edges, they should be smooth and clean to me. But thats me I love the leather K, the texture is simply amazing, it looks pretty damn soft too. These greek hides are expensive, but they seem to be worth it Ive to get some black leather and do a strap myslef, Im lacking black strap rigth now and brown and pale doesnt match everything I wear cheers
