Toro sends alternatively through Spain and UK. Just ask him to pass from Spain For now I received only from Andrew and Toro (the others are ongoing). For fast shipping and communications Andrew is the best. Anyway he doesn't have Noob factory watches (which, in my view are the best, at least in terms of movements). Toro has them. Sead did a lot of efforts to find me a watch that was out of stock practically everywhere, and found it (ok, he first sourced the wrong one, but then managed to get the right one), but with him you must have A LOT of patience: I am dealing with him from 1.5 months now to get my pieces Trevor is ok too: valid web site, divided by brands AND factories, which is good to get what you are buying. Finally payment options: Andrew accept PayPal and gives you 5% discount if you go with WesternUnion, Sead accept both too (but you must be well aware on how are "the PayPal rules" in this game) and gives you like 10% discount with WU. Toro only WU and credit cards and 10% discount with WU, Trevor again is like Toro but the WU discount is 7% and only on the pieces (not on the shipping expenses). For me WU is a great option since here in IT it's free of charge. Which one I'll choose next time? Can't predict as they are all ok by now. Maybe I will try FatPanda (watchfinder) from RWG.bz who is a good guy too

OK, now writing with a hand on my balls (this in Italy is an against-unluck gesture) as currently I have 9 (I must be going mad...) watches on going... 3 were already in UK and sent from Sead (supermirrors) so I feel confident; other 3 from Toro through Spain, 2 from Trevor through Uk (these are the most worrying for me) and finally one direct over FedEx from Andrew of Trusty time. Some tips are to make them to ship to your office place, if possible, or to go through triangulated shipment like Toro does (and in my view better through Spain than Uk). Finally check with the dealer if they have custom protection policy... Enjoy your new watch and all the good vibes the entire process may give you

In the end I took it from Trevor: http://tr88watch.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=78_134&product_id=105 To me it looks ok, but I'm not a great "flaw discoverer"...

Groan... This is bad... How the fu_k they do such idiotic errors...

Well... I will survive to these flaws [emoji6] Like for my other Calibre de Cartier it is not a super rep, but I really like it too much [emoji4]

Hi Gents, I'm interested in the classic AP 15400 RG: few questions for the experts: 1) does anyone has the Andrew or ToroBravo models with bracelet? Is the dial "white" or it's kind of silver as the gen? 2) may anyone dell me the width of the leather strap of a sec @12 ROO (both at case and strap-end levels)? 3) does anyone knows if the ROO strap will fit 15400 case? Thanks a lot, GenTLe

HI Night, which movement they put in it? EDIT: got it it's the Seagull ST2555. Yes it's more reliable and less expensive. Anyway it is 21.6kBPH while the A7750 is 28.8kBPH like the gen...

About the model, choose here: http://pamguide.info/modern.html I leave the others question to people more experienced than me
-
Yep, not ultra easy task any way: I had to use a 5mm drill, modified to a more obtuse top angle, to sunk the flat surface of the case, as the 7mm triplock tube is conical shaped where it meets the case, and also I had to shorten the tube because the external part was too long and the crown wasn't screwing to the case (2,5mm of the tube remained visible). Finally the stem became a bit loose in the crown and I have to press its fitting place with a pliers to make it stable. But, as 1st reparation, I'm happy with it Thanks to you, Matt and all those who gave me good advises!!

Except the movement the rest is exactly the same. Look at the codes Andrew gave to them: same code except the last letter. It means they are from same producer and version. As said, try to ask Andrew for a plain, unmodified a2836 instead to get the Rolex clone or the "Asian clone 2836 modified to the look of Rolex": with the unmodified one the eta gen spare parts will fit and you'll have a better movement (who cares if it doesn't look like a Rolex one: the case back is closed

+1, maybe ask the TD to send you a pic with the bezel properly aligned (I think it's one click less to be aligned)

Thanks mate Waiting QC pic from Trevor right now I nearly killed a Pro-Hunter rep making it to fall on the ground at the airport (http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/171423-how-to-kill-a-watch-%C2%B0%C2%B0%C2%B0/), so now I became EXTREMELY careful when handling them! Thanks!

Sorry mate, but what do you mean with this thing of the nr. 2 written on it in two places? This is a gen and looks totally similar to your one: http://www.chrono24.com/iwc/big-pilot-iw5002-7-days-power-reserve-w-box--paper--id2865089.htm?dosearch=true&picnum=0&query=IWC+Big+Pilot+7+days+power+reserve&resultview=list&searchexplain=1&suchen=Cerca&tab=pics&urlSubpath=%2Fsearch%2Findex.htm

Mike on a bike! This is your doing! (New Pepsi seiko:))

If I come to the office with that Pepsi watch on me I'd for sure get fired... ...I work for Coke (true story bro) -
You should have searched by the forum for information, before... You would have learned that, unless for the new Sellita calibers, it's better to go for Asian NOT modified clones. The worst idea is actually to go for a modified Swiss Also you'd've known that often a caliber service is needed (yes, on brand new watches) because the way they are assembled is far from clean and lubricated. Good luck. In your place I'd make a rep friendly watch smith to service (un assemble, clean, oil and reassemble) the caliber. Sent from my RM-914_eu_italy_215 using Tapatalk

The movement. In my view the best value for money is a plain, unmodified Asian 2836-2 Sent from my RM-914_eu_italy_215 using Tapatalk

It will be sorted out when (if ever) the nuclear fusion with Deuterium-Helium3 will be made stable. But we are much behind this: we're still not able to have a stable and energetically valild fusion with Tritium-Deuterium, which needs "only" 50keV, I can't imagine when we'll arrive to the D-He reaction, that needs 2x more energy (around 100keV). The difference is that the T-D emits neutrons (not the D-He3), so it activates the materials making them radioactive and theoretically usable to produce material for nuclear weapons (other than the activated materials are not anything easy to handle...). Anyway I was at a scientific - educational conference few years ago, on this topic, and they were talking about the NIF in USA and the Tokamak in EU, last one seems more promising, but let's see... An interesting topic was related to the renewed interest about moon expeditions: He3 is very rare on the Earth and the scientists were explaining that on the Moon, due to the solar wind, there is a huge amount of He3 and that just one (1) He3 load of the Space Shuttle hold could run the whole USA for 1 year!!!! They then showed us the correlation between the fact that China was running fast into their space projects for "Chinese man on the Moon", the nice diorama from Chinese Space Agency, showing a "Helium extraction station" on the Moon, and the sudden George W Bush renewed interest in the Moon programs when he said this -> http://www.nasa.gov/missions/solarsystem/bush_vision.html ...

Looking here it seems that simple mechanical action plus fibreglass brush is enough. Or with an ultrasonic machine:

What you can do is buy the noob in the site you prefer, and ask the seller to find also the rubber strap: since it's available (the strap, not the noob watch) in Andrew's site (www.ttw888.com) I believe it can be sourced from the other dealers too. If not then but the noob Omega from another TD and buy next watch at Andrew site purchasing also that strap (going for the strap only will cost more in shipping than in the strap itself...)
