  2. ...especially "easy to wear"... (a part from the jokes, I know where these are done, and they take 2/3 week each one to be finished)
  3. Ahah, How did you got the dealer? From the nails?
  4. If Your taste say so... Where I leave a thing like that would identify a man as mafioso (don Corleone, you Know) or pappone (in the sex business), but if you like it, take it
  5. Pam day, to test if the service has been well done. Sent from my RM-914_eu_italy_215 using Tapatalk

  7. Hi Mates, I'm purchasing a Sub Ceramic for a friend of mine that is ultra noob in this game. It's a Noob supposedly V4 ceramic sub. I'd like to have an advise from you, 'cause there is something in the quality pics that doesn't fully convince me... I don't understand if it's just my impression or the magnifier is a bit crooked, and also the lume of hands and perl looks quite different from the dial one. The dealer told that, for the lume, it's just an effect of the flash light exposition and that the lens is straight. What do you think? Should I accept this 368$ piece or not? Thanks, Gentle Sent from my RM-914_eu_italy_215 using Tapatalk

  9. Hi Gents, can anyone point me out which are the differences between these 3 ones (considering all with A2836 not modified)? Noob V1 -> http://www.torobravos2014.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=39_115&product_id=122 Noob V3 (V4??) -> http://www.torobravos2014.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=39_115&product_id=1014 BP -> http://www.torobravos2014.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=39_115&product_id=783 I'm too noob in Rolexes to get the differences... Tnx!
  10. Swiss movements in reps are crap, go for asian clone.
  11. Generally speaking I'm with you, but once you have 2 identical models (even the same dealer model nr, just one is /B an the other /C) the case is the same, and about the spacers, you can just take the one from the broken case. Isn't correct? The only thing that could differ is the height of the stem hole (yes, that would be a serious problem). Anyway I am fixing the broken one, instead to try replacements, as you can see from the post just before your one :)

K, if you don't mind to send money with Western Union, go for this one: http://www.torobravos2014.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=39_115&product_id=1014 Otherwise with PayPal the BP ones I've showed you in the TT site. Then if you get addicted, stay here around and after some time you'll be able to get M2M ones too
  13. Agree, great team indeed. Looks like they are "ruling" in all the possible fields... Best EU economy, best football teams, best EU cars, best (?) EU beers...

AAah, so they're not related to the content of the posts but to the market parts only... Ok, got it... Tnx
  15. Look here. Colour code: blue = screws and sheets that keep the movement in the case red = screws used to retain the dial and indicating the bad movement green = clasp used to retain the dial indicating gen or proper clone of ETA Bad movements: Good ones:

I'll try Mike, I'll try About the positive feedbacks, I don't have clarity about how they works... Who is giving the feedback? I suppose only the staff members, correct? There are threads where I'd like to give a +1 to the OP, but it's not feasible, am I right? Tnx, Gen

You're right Fraggle, but if none goes to dealers, how the M2M would work? Anyway, the thing that most drives me crazy about the dealers is that (not valid for all of them anyway, even if I think it's also a matter of mentality which is far from "western" one): 1) they more or less don't give a f_ck of what we write them or about their given words. I've 2 examples with TB: 1st purchase and I asked for timegrapher QC pic. The first request was simply ignored. When i asked again he told me "yes". And I've NEVER received anything like that. Just got the second batch of pictures (I was purchasing 2 pieces) and an all capital message "PLS CONFIRM". Now I'm dealing with him again for a noob sub I'm purchasing for a friend. Wrote him to put me in CC all the time as my friend is not a master with english language. Do you think I got any mail? I got them just because my friend forwarded them to me... And when I was replying him putting my friend in CC and telling him to DO PUT the other address in the replies, do you think he ever did? Com'on, WTF??? 2) they lie The "1:1 all case parts replaceable with gen ones" is pure [censored], then the story of this POS movement clone of the clone (real name SB1HRZ2), all these fake versions V3, V4... just to get a crazy amount of money... So yes, I agree with you. It's only that rarely you can find "that exact model" you're searching for in the M2M.
  19. Got it: I found his blog. If I got it right he is a rep builder / modder with a high level - low production pieces, and his nice products are not identical to gen ones, correct? In which part of the world is he located and, if you know, how his products are in comparison to good ones like the last Noob version? Tnx!
  20. Eheheh, I'll do, I've here a medium strength screw locking Loctite compound (i'll not use the high strength one that will make it unscrew-able in the future) I've a vertical drill machine (I'm 38 and I'm a do-it-by-yourself guy from when I was 12, so I've built a good tool assortment with the years, other than what my father left me when he passed over 29 years ago), and I've already done all, now I'm just waiting the tubes from CousinsUK Give a look to the progresses here: http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/171423-how-to-kill-a-watch-%C2%B0%C2%B0%C2%B0/ Thanks (to all of you for your suggestions, and specially to MyManMatt which I also stressed with PMs )
  21. Noob question: what TC stands for?
  22. Actually I've find a way to easily resize the bracelet. The main problem is that the pins don't go easily "out" from the bracelet (yes, of course pushing them from the arrow side), they instead tend to push the whole link with an angle. So I resolved in this way (poor Gimp graphic elaboration...): Then to make all fit back I put 2 piece of wood in my bench vise and, after I put back in place the parts using my hands, I used the vice to finally fix the links (using wood to prevent the marks/scratches that the vise otherwise would have done on it)
  23. Try to ask Ken (-> Bergie in the trusted dealer part of the forum)
  24. Here in the north of Italy there is a local dialect proverb that says "Russ de cavei, golose de usei!", which, translated into English sounds like "those with red hair, are greedy of dicks"

Because you was pointing a special version, which version is even not a proper gen Rolex or, better, is a proper Rolex but well modded by Project-X team http://monochrome-watches.com/heritage-submariner-hs01-by-project-x-designs/
