  1. soo.. wrong. haha. Don't mind ambigg's american ignorance... we americans assume all british people walk around saying Guv'nah
  2. I think it's a typo.. as I haven't seen any DSSD's with mineral glass. Although.. This isn't the first time a dealer has marked it as mineral. Not 100% sure
  3. ok... so can someone freakin confirm the polished edges??? I got beatup on a previous thread for saying they looked polished and everyone assured me that they weren't
  4. I Love berlin! I even got a place to stay. it's just the damn plane ticket.. I'm looking tomorrow for tix
  5. I hate to hear stories like this!!! This dude swindled 12,000 bucks!!!
  6. Yeah I wish there was a way we could've enforced the donation policy....
  7. No delivery? How do you know when you have mail?
  8. Why don't you try the dealer section of the forum... I mean... Do you realize we have a section for just Dealers!???
  9. You just joined.. Trust me you'll find a watch that fits your criteria. I honestly can't believe you've never seen a watch that fits your criteria... I can think of quite a few watches that would fit your criteria: The Blue Superocean steelfish almost perfectly fits your criteria and looks way better than this. You're sure a gen dial will even fit this rep? Even more importantly.. How do you know a GEN bezel will fit this? It's a crap shoot, unless this Rep is a 1:1 version. Skyland Avenger with blue dial would also fit your criteria A breitling colt would fit your criteria A Breitling seawolf fits your criteria Not to sound condescending... but you know you can't just franken-ize Any watch you want? Looking at your Join date.. you look to be new to the watch game. Secondly... Dials for any breitling are hard to come by and bezels even harder.... Then the question arises whether it will fit the rep case.... sorry, I just don't want you to get your heart broken when you realize your rep is not indeed franken ready ... p.s. our rep breitling bezels are Press Fitted with non functional screws. The gen bezels are held to the case with the bezel screws.
  10. Seriously doubt it. Since the release of the Top Pilot and INGY chronos... IWC models don't seem to be getting updates from the factories..
  11. Hey Storm. Great to have you. What model did you get? Can't wait to see some pics.
  12. are we confused yet?? So the Trevor ETZ V5 2010 is different than the ETZ V5 2009, and the V5 in general is a completely different watch than the V3 which is also called the Noobfactory model.... blah!
  13. you mean the V7??? haha.. The V2 came out like 3 years ago!
  14. One day i'll get one of these things!! beautiful
  15. I disagree with Eton. Yes.. you are a lucky guy.. but NO you don't deserve it!!! haha give it to me!
  16. did this guy's ass get kicked yet??? hate scammers!
  17. What do you mean "there you go"?? You were the one that said prices in North America and Europe would be comparable..... Not sure what dealer you're referring to that charges 300... but that sounds ridiculous bro. Wempe here in Madrid charges that much for the servicing of a basic Omega caliber.... Exactly who are you getting your watches serviced from? How long have you been working with watches, and if you had been in the rep world a little longer you would realize that the price of a good service doesn't start at 300usd. Do your research, plenty of modders here on the board that will do great work for a lot less.
  18. Prices on the forum, are always on a case by case basis, and younever know exactly how much it will be till after service is done, but in general, I have at least 4 options here in spain of People that will service my watch for reasonable prices. The main problem I see with The Zigmeister (not as a person or member), is that he is one of VERY few modders located in the states that's willing to take on projects. He pretty much runs a monopoly over in north america (not necessarily his prices or anything, but i'm just saying he's one of few in a VERY large country). On the other hand, I've got at least 4 or 5 options right here in spain. I know the Germans have a couple options and I know of at least 2 or 3 italians that can service watches as well. I won't give anyone a direct quote, but if you're looking for one of the best watch modders on the entire forum, Francisco is one of the best in the rep world The problem these days with all modders is the back-up time.. Contact a few different ones on the forum and see if they've got any openings on their workbench
