  10. First... make sure the girlfriend doesn't catch you asking for realationship advice here on the forum.. She'd kill you! I don't think you should share an apartment with anyone else. If you guys decide to do it, do it alone. You'll really learn alot from each other.. and having other people in your living environment may make it more difficult than easy. Obviously there's emotional and economical factors to include but if you feel it's the right time.. go for it! good luck! p.s. was just in valencia last month.. so beautiful
  11. I eat lots of canned tuna... and chicken. I take my protein in small dosis throughout the day. maybe the equivalent to about half a can of tuna.. about five times a day. Protein is not digested well by the body and is much more effectively used in very small amounts. Fore example, when you eat a big chicken breast during one meal.. your body is only able to process and effectively use between 25 and 40grams of that protein and put it to use in muscle regeneration. (the amount of usable protein depends on the person.. whether or not they're active.. if they work out etc..) I get somewhere between 120 and 200 grams of protein per day.. divided up into 5 periods throughout the day. The rest of my food is all fruits and vegetables plain oat meal, brown rice and lots of Quinoa Of course I love to splurge out and get Chinese, thai, indian and mexican sometimes.. but only a couple times a month
  12. I take a multi-vitamin aout 3 times a week (normal Centrum). My diet is 90% vegetables and fruits and I can say that I feel great. I lift 4 days a week and play basketball twice a week. Since some of my vitamins like b1 and b6 are not very prevalent in lots of the foods i eat.. .besides the trace amounts of garlic i eat, i opt for a multi-vitamin. I didn't know that it could be dangerous though! maybe i'll stop taking them to see if i notice a difference!
  13. Nothing beats a good multi-vitamin and a heavy diet of fruits, veggies and whole grains. I don't know about ginseng extract, b17 extract or squirrel root pills.. but eating healthy and having a good body is a question of simple veggies and fruits available at everyone's local market. Now if you lift weights (like me) then a good protein whey can be of benefit.. but it's by no means necessary. Just my .02
  14. Now that's what i call High speeed
  15. You mean substantially lighter than on the REP. And to answer your question.. that's because the GEN caseback is made of brushed titanium. The rep caseback is made of aluminum and painted grey. To lighten your caseback you can strip the paint.. and repaint it a lighter shade of grey...
  16. YES.. you can see the bezel has been removed in the pictures. Not the bezel insert.. but the entire stainless steel bezel.
  17. I'm no senior member by any means.. but I understand what you mean about the manners The Zigmeister.. It seems that so many people want what the want when they want.. that they don't care how they ask or how they sound when they ask you. Sometimes it almost seems as if many members deserve an answer because they've been scammed in the past.. or whatever the circumstance. I probably don't get 1/100th of the pm volume that you do, but I recognize that it must be really discouraging to give advice and not get any feedback or even a simple "thanks" for it. I just look at it as karma... what goes around comes around. I'm a southern boy by heart (from Atlanta Georgia) and I was always taught that a little manners go a long way! Much obliged kind sirs! -Ry
  18. You have to remove the stainless steel bezel in order to remove the crystal. I think you also have to remove the triple ring lock system. The ceramic part your referring to is not the bezel but the bezel insert... Check this thread out:
  19. Enjoy it modelizer. I promise we'll have a beer together at the next GTG. I'm gonna sign off this thread since it looks like i'm hi-jacking it! Have fun you guys. Take lots of pics of watches.. beers and [censored] (if permitted )
  20. I hope you spill your delicious trappist beer down the front of your shirt while the girl is dancing in your lap modelizer..... hahahaha
  21. haha.. come on andy.. do you have to rub it in our face... some of us on-lookers are suffering enough as it is!
