Its a little easier to live with a handful (wristful?) of reps with a gen in the stable, for me anyways.
Did owning reps lead me to a nice gen, yes. Did it lead me to replace the rep with a gen? Hardly. My reps are just as nice, why bother.
How do I say this politely? Oh, wait its Neil theres no need for that right?
Jesus, one's even uglier then the next. Just when I thought the stainless looked bad, they have it in yellow gold with a black croc strap too? I can't believe these aren't restricted to the over the hill golfers club.
Not a fan of these AP, at all.
I didn't know you sold these straps or I would've contacted you off the bat. Yes, please contact seth for me, but I do not intend on parting with the strap I have now. So unless he wants to send me the one I actually paid for, I don't know what we can do.
The OP stated historic brown with light stitch and his looks nothing like the description picture either, that was really where I was going with my post.
Excellent. Congratulations. Love this combo with the titanium.
I have the historic brown with match stitching. I love the strap, I have no complaints, but I do feel the product is different from the picture they show on their site.
Site photo:
My strap, same as yours aside from match stitch, should be exact as model as photo above.
Done.
A little boring towards the end, especially the repetitive "does it bother you when you cannot understand others opinions of you" and that whole barrage. No offense mate.
But do they manufacture parts for real swiss companies like tag/omega/breitling etc. then run off additional pieces to be used for reps, ie the ceramic bigbang bezel?
No date function Nanuq. Just hour/minute/second and a posessed movement.
This watch came to me with a tangled mainspring and did not work correctly. I fixed it and gave it a chance at new life. Maybe this is a sign.
If I fork out over $350 for a solid stainless steel watch, i'm wearing it wherever the heck I want.
These watches are waterproof to 1000ft. Thats genuine submariner territory.
Oh, and my watch tested waterproof afterall. No problems.
Interesting point. BUT..
It still chose to die at precisely the stroke of midnight. The chances of that exact time with a 50+ hr. power reserve is crazy. :velho:
Every doctor I know is always dressed to the 9's. I see nothing wrong with wearing an interesting wristwatch into your practice. As long as you aren't wearing snakeskin suits and all that, you are good to go.
