  1. Great. Tell me, does having a titanium version reduce the gaydar at all?
  2. NATO strap came in. I like the style. Gotta love how a new strap can make you feel like you got a whole new watch. Got the strap off the bay, from seller chronoworld. $16 to my door.
  3. My ETA version winds the movement while screwing down the crown as well.
  4. bump... I'd really like to hear some reply's to this thread, i'm not going to let it die until I do.
  5. Thats a really cool shot sql. Although I think I spy some spinach in one of her teeth?
  6. Bidding is a little too rich for my blood right now, but this is a good bunch here. It's time for me to give back. I'm navigating to the donation thread right now.
  7. ahahaha That is entertainment right there. Great thread man.
  8. The UPO crown tube strips out, known issue. SFSO feels tough to screw and unscrew. My question is, has anyone stripped the SFSO? Any comments on the likelihood of that happening? Any info as to why the crown is so rough to screw on the SF?
  9. Today, the gen Link. Wearing this watch is akin to wearing butter on my wrist. I got curious and spent the $12 on a bond NATO. If it comes in today or tomorrow, i'll switch to this and test drive it- If not, back to the ocean-
  10. Its like looking down into a treasure chest. Nice Link chrono. Whered you get the TAG box? Looks gen.
  11. actually have both with me today.. I'd rather not explain.
  12. 8 did you post a 177 w/ a .45? You did! Now may I?
  13. good luck, let us know what you wind up doing.
  14. Looking good RWG. She went swimming for the first time last night.
  15. Go ahead and add in a crystal swap also. I don't know why you guys never seem to mention what to me, is one of the easiest tells on a rep. the gigantic etched crown at 6. Look for yourself.
  16. When I began shopping for my first Panerai, I began to communicate with DSN. aaand thats where he lost my business. DSNs replys left me wanting in multiple ways, he took his time, and generally speaking I found him to be less helpful then I needed him to be for me to send him $400 of my hard earned money. I went with Joshua. I realized with that order, that I was no longer going to shop other dealers anymore, there was no point. I realize the lume is poor and the cannon pin is not correct, as well as the lever being a bit thin, but i'd rather mod it then deal with someone that I cannot effectively communicate with. And i'm satisfied enough that modding is not in the near future beyond the strapculture strap on it currently. My watch is beautiful and solid. Joshua was helpful as always. The 177H I received? Well.. have a look-
  17. Look at all the pretty watches. Here's what adorns my wrist today-
  18. my favorite too. I hit unfriendly by accident Doc, my apologies sir. Edit: fixed. Watch looks great!
  19. Great choice, looks beautiful. I like to say that it's a lot easier to live with a handful of reps when you own a gen.
  20. quick wristy I took when I got this beast. My wrist looks like the real beast in this shot though.
