Just finished looking some more. Looks like I am going for the 46mm because I really want the heritage model. The 44mm is the superocean abys, the abys comes in 42mm and 44mm. I already own the 42mm with yellow trim, and I love it, I wish it was the 44mm. But for the heritage it only comes in 46mm and I really like the design, no numbers on the bezel, and no crown guards, I really love the look. Like you I have a large wrist, so I think I will be okay with the 46mm. If not then next month I will get a 44mm abys and have both!!! I just donated another watch to my wife so I have an extra spot in my box!!! I gave my wife my vintage explorer which was way too small for my wrist. I was only keeping it for dress occasions, but nowadays I use my Gen Omega seamaster bumper for those occasions!!!

thanks, I am ordering a bretling superocean Heritage, and I want to use PC over PT just because I can use my american express, but PC only offers the 2836.I have delt with both dealers and like them both!!

What do you all think, how much more would you pay for a 2836 over a 2824 or would you and why?

See Fanatic's view is what I had heard before. Always very strong against the invicta watches. While I agree that some are way over the top on styling and not even functional, there alot of really nice ones. As for the price scheme, go to any car dealer....Please tell me you do not pay full sticker price for it...... Then go to JC Pennys and look at any bulova, citzen or Seiko, and again they have absurd retails, but the watches are always on sale for like half of the sticker price. Then look what we go through to get a decent rep. We buy from people we call TDs that are across the globe. They offer multiple copies of the same thing with only a difference in movement, or at least they will not say what other differences there are, prices vary from 128 to 458 for the same watch, but with again a different movement, and who knows what else. Then we pay shipping, wait a full month while praying that customs does not catch it. Please do not get me wrong I love my reps, almost every one of them and would not be without them. I was just trying to figure out if I had missed something on the invicta watches. I have tow that I really like. I will probably not buy any more, but I do like mine. Since I had heard soo many people tell me that people on the boards were vehemently against them I wanted to know if there was a real reason of if it was just unfounded. It is nice to see soo many of us actually confirming my opinion that they are nice watches and well made. Mine sure are!!!

trust me I am! Also I must mention that my orange omega PO is now in my favor, I acquired a real nice black band with orange stitching and I love the look!!!

do you like the size? I am debating between the 44 and the 46mm

I would rather not have my watch scream the name of the movie, but this one will only have a 007 on the clasp!!!

my arms are too hairy for that type of strap, they would rip it off every time I moved!!!

I keep seeing people do builds with silix cases and parts. Do I have the website correct at silix-prime.so ? If so when I go there I see just watches, I do not see parts? Also, I have never seen them listed as a TD, are they? They do have nice watches.
-
there is a small lever over the mainspring, most watches have a marking of which way speeds it up and which way slows it down, but this being a cheap chinese one did not have anything, so trial and error. And the adjustment is very sensitive, a little way goes a long long way
-
yes, that is the same site. You type in the so, but on their page it lists as .com where on the page do you go for just parts like cases? Are they a TD for full watches? Also , what is the difference between their good watches and those they refer to as economy? Movement? What else?
-
are you saying www.silix-prime.com? that is all I found, but I did not see any area that sold only parts like cases? Are they a TD?

Where do you buy silax cases? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not saying they should make it different in size. I would personally like it in a 43mm or so. Maybe even 45 mm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have bought more than a couple of watches from Josh in the past couple of months and he has answered me back every time!!! All watches have been fine!!! However he seemse to be slower to ship his watches than Puretime, and he never sends picts of the pressure test while puretime always does. The nice thing about Josh is paypal!!!

I have more than one seiko in my collection, hell, I have a quartz seiko chrono that my father gave me back in 1984 as a high school grad present!!! I also have a number of the seiko 5 collection. I like them, but I am also very happy with the two invictas I have bought!!! As for the two reps. I might end up selling the orange one that feels lesser, or I will keep it to wear when I have to work on things that might end up causing damage to a watch but that are still events that I want to have a nice looking watch, like today, I have been working at a Rotary event doing the setup and teardown of the event. I still want to look good doing the work, But I do not want to risk hurting my good Gens... If I were to sell it, I would have to replace it and then I would not want to put it in harms way. For example, I have a omega seamaster 300m that is relativly inexpensive gen, but it feels exactly like the real deal, and the other day I went to wear it and I noticed that the pearl had gone missing. I love that watch it is one of my favs......Now I am sad for it......

Ok, which one are you saying this is the same as? I went to josh's site, and under vintage omega he has the 300 navy, which looks like this however the dial on this looks like a sanwiched dial, the main dial has cutouts to let the lume come frome behind. Also the hands are completly different. Based on these major differences and the look of the watch on daniel craig's arm I think it is premature to state that it is the same, or even the same size. To me it looks larger. For that matter the one on Josh's site has a very rounded case while this one has sharper edges. The bezel also looks like it has more teeth in the coin edge...

I would either tell them you did not order them, or claim that they are not rolex bracelets,as long as there is no rolex logo on the clasp, you could say they were for some other watch. If there is rolex logo on them then walk away, claim you have no idea about these. -
