That is the reason why I NEVER buy a auto rep. movement
-
That was a long time since I posted that picture I have all three subs ( all frankens!) , all with genuine insert but I like the black LV the most even more than my sub with genuine green insert
-
What do You think of this orange strap on the latest noob Ex 2 with white dial? I think it would be a nice alterative for this watch

Planet Ocean 45.5 Titanium: Anyone got one yet?
klocklind1 replied to seraphe's topic in The Omega Area
Nice one You there Is the clasp also in all titanium? I ask because some reps an even genuine ones have steel clasp because of the strength ! -
Really nice Pam But the CG is not correct for this model but with som work on that CG it will be a winner
-
Last picture has the more correct all white center secondspin and an older Ti case
-
Now I am ready with my beloved Pam 061 Case is latest H-factory Caseback is a old EL with DEEP and nice engraving ( might not as cloose the genuine but way nicer in my opinion:) ) CG : Lever from Sead and main body from an old shool CG that looks much better than the crappy H-061 CG! Dial is H-factory 061 Movement SWISS eta 6497 Now to the pictures:

Incabloc Shock Protection system mod- PAM 111N V3
klocklind1 replied to zackyh's topic in The Panerai Area
In my opinion it is more important to change the winding-gears (the big two wheels that winds the movement!) to genuine eta ones, as they are way off with to much bevelled edge on them! And You also need a longer screw for the swanneckscrew as the original is to short! -
Thanks for the comments Ok here is the spec: Old school MBW ( about 2002 according to Watchmeister!) case, reshaped CG VERY nicely by The Zigmeister and drilled lugholes that is a little tapered as well. TC sub hands ( not so big difference in color with the markers and I like to read what time it is in the night so I will not relume them with vintage lume ) MBW dial beatifully relumed ( by The Zigmeister ) in off white Genuine old type ( close dots) 703 crown Genuine 7030 tube All genuine insert Genuine T39 superdome crystal Swiss eta 2846-2 ( less than a second wrong per day and 50 hours power-reserve) ) UbI DWO WM9 supreme sub clasp Bracelet old MBW nicely engraved Endlinks cartel 580 That is about it

I was on La Palma ( the island in the northwest of the Canarian islands!) VERY nice island )

Hi all! I think it would be a good idea to post som vacation-pictures of my new 1665 GW in its right elements Tell me what You think about it
-
I have a 2846 movement in my 1665 and it is one of the best and most accurate movements that I have had BUT this movement was serviced by The Zigmeister And the 2846 has about 50 hours powerreserve:)
-
I used my TC V3 bracelet ( saw that I had used a V1 TW sub clasp, but it is almost the same clasp as the TC V3!) together with my latest (matte on the sides!) MBK 93150 bracelet and it actually worked very nice:)
-
Why not use the TC V3 bracelet and use all the screwed links and then use the rest of the bracelet from the MBW braclet ( to have the engraved last endlink!) and then sand them down on the sides.

Regarding the hands on it I would use the TC hands as they are the closest to the genuine:)

New MBW/MBK 1665 build back from the Northern Spa
klocklind1 replied to Jkay's topic in The Rolex Area
That really IS a nice seadweller:) Maybe You should change the hands to TC sub hands that are the best after genuine ( and they fits ETA movement:) ) And when You order a set of TC hands then You can also order a V3 bracelet from him and change to the clasp and screwed link-parts on it to TC on You Cartel bracelet and it would be even nicer:) -
I thought The TC and VM9 was exactly the same dial ( standard sub!)
-
Very nice sub indeed:) One thing that can be noted is that the CG is shaved a little to much ( on the YC sub) and most of the genuine has thicker CG than the TC sub but still it is the best ther is for the moment:)
-
That what I call fantastic:) I am in for one at least:)

TC Bezel Assembly - Bump In the Road, and Solution
klocklind1 replied to tc670207's topic in The Rolex Area
My V4 case-set is seized with a genuine insert:( Maybe I could sand down the retaining-ring as it is only a 1/100 of mm:s we are talking about:) -
Thanks watcher for that review:) Now my TC LV with genuine insert looks less good:( It is a TC case You have build it with ?
-
Check this one! http://www.watchwallpapers.com/16610ntl1.jpg'>http://www.watchwallpapers.com/16610ntl1.jpg He has lots of nice pictures:) http://www.watchwallpapers.com/

Andy I did not have any lumeshot of the whole watch but this is the lume before I mounted it. It has TC superlumed hands also and has very nice glow:)
-
This has a genuine insert and Clarks crystal with 2,7 mm gasket. It has a BK overlay and I bought it from TC as a caseset a couple of mounth ago. When I ordered it it tokk a couple of weeks to get it! I got the genuine insert on this forum:)
-
Here is my latest build, a TC LV sub with BLACK insert. What do You think about it with a black instead of a green insert?

Noob PAM111 V3 Parts + H Factory 005 Parts = PAM005 VS Gen PAM005
klocklind1 replied to ryanwayer's topic in The Panerai Area
That really is a nice pam build:) I will do exactly the same watch woth my new 111V3 case and H-factory caseback V2 and H dial that is way better then the noob dial! The latest h-factory crown is better ( thinner profile from the side!) then the noob but You can not do ALL the mods to make it the perfect pam, or can You????
