  1. LOL your too... And.... What is that .stl file?
  2. Just to clarify... The Date wheel falls more or less in the same position... but look at the stem height ("Data">"T") and the size of the hands ("Hands") of these two movements (DG2813 and ETA2836) http://www.ranfft.de/cgi-bin/bidfun-db.cgi?10&ranfft&0&2uswk&China_2813 http://www.ranfft.de/cgi-bin/bidfun-db.cgi?10&ranfft&0&2uswk&ETA_2836_2 As you can see there's a little difference in the stem height (2.3mm vs 2.25mm) but you cannot install the same hands ( 1.52 x 1.00 x 0.17mm vs 1.50 x 0.90 x 0.25mm)... hence you should change them... good luck finding a Chopard rep hands that will fit an ETA movement! (Don't know the size of the gen hands...) That's why a swap (often) can be made only with the same movement... or a similar one...(The DG2813 and Miyota 8215 have indeed the same size/stem/hands) If it was a Rolex rep that would be easier since on the market there are a lot of hands for various movement...
  3. To the OP... you can't simply swap a movement with another... you should check stem height, hands size (hole), movement height (rotor needs room)... and then install a proper date wheel (since your is black) SSTEEL has the knowledge to do it for you...
  4. What a POS... gen UN for that little money?! Where are the clues that G has sold that as gen?! The buyer was aware that he wasn't buying a gen... G. please report that the tracking (any of the two) is NOT giving error... I tried to check both yesterday on Poste Italiane and both were fine...
  5. Strange... now I found it too... maybe I'm getting older... BTW... Sead replied to my email...not in stock in UK...
  6. Actually I have Supermirrors bookmarked on Firefox... Or you mean that the search has been done with Google? Wrote an email to Sead... For that (little) money one can't go wrong... Thank you all guys!
  7. Oh.... many thanks mate! How was I not able to find it? For sure that site is a mess, but...
  8. Thank you for the info... I'm not able to find it on his site nor in the list of the EU stock (RWI March, 13th) Maybe I'll ask him...
  9. Mmmmh... keep the case and throw the rest of the watch?
  10. A beauty... Are the Cartel cases still available?
  11. What a shame. Shame on you scammer. Now chime in and tell me I'm wrong... Vergognati. Bite the helping hand... the worst thing to do.
  12. That looks nice... reminds me my Tiger Concept Big Crown If it's 39mm is quite small and would be easy to wear (read : carry on your wrist) while my Pelagos rep is way too chunky...
  13. Thumbs up for the multiethnic crew!!! Sorry WatchingSG Forgot to comment on your post... Very nice watch!!!
  14. That's true what is commonly said... EU prices are higher than in US... a 1601 here (Italy) from a AD is about 2700-2800 €... The way I'm trying to follow is the same that dpap has pointed out... Gen case... then a good dial (Gen?) a 2824 and so on...
  15. What FU stand for? (Be polite, guys...)
  16. Maybe I'm a purist (no,I'm not...) but I won't wear a watch sporting a pointless bezel... Hence (although at first glance it looks nice)... that's a "no" for me...
  17. Where are you located Brad? I live in Italy and had the same problem (I was paying with a debit card)... I think it's a Card and/or Bank issue... (many won't allow transaction with Chinese sellers)... Tried twice with PureTime with no avail (they have Card1 and Card2 option... if the first fail you should try the second... none worked for me) Western Union is way easier... and you cannot go wrong with Ryan/InTime... he deserves your confidence.
  18. We have seen a lot of newbies filing a PayPal dispute to a TD simply for a minor issue in the rep that they bought... A PayPal dispute could lead to freezing their (TD) account... if a newbie freezes a TD account then hundreds of customers cannot buy their reps from that TD using PayPal. I'm not saying that one must pass over any flaw of the watch... just contact the seller asking for help (repairing/replacing or refund)... Then, if you get no avail, contact the Mods to chime in... People should think twice before filing a PayPal dispute. That's why the newbies should pay by WU/WireTransfer/BitCoin etc. (As you guess, English is not my first language... I'm only trying to help...)
  19. I read every post before any reply... But that move wasn't the smartest thing to do...that's not only my thought... somebody else was thinking the same but choose to pass about it... C'mon... asking info about a fake watch straight to Omega? Are you serious?
  20. Wow... that's a lot of work... Happy that you get it fixed! Many thanks for explaining the workaround...
  21. Very easy to get that watch. Go to an Authorized Omega Dealer and ask for it... Sending a picture of a fake watch to the maker of the gen.... where is the facepalm emoji?
