gen has double AR

i'm almost sure the $200 model is not ceramic just coated metal and not all accurate. i'd get the expensive one for your lady.

they are more accurate. but the old dial has such a nicer finish! the markers sparkle in the light while the 1:1 is almost a matte finish. no bling.

the watch is awesome! i have the same type project n mind.

i did a genuine hands set on a member's watch a few months back. here's some pics. gen hands on the right.

the screws aalways strip, never the case so it's a matter of getting a few screw sets from almost any strap dealer or ofrei sells the correct ones also. nice suede type straps are at TC straps

very cool! i suggest, with that extreme patina, you scratch the hell out of it with stel wool and make it look more vintage.

wrong color dial, wrong movement, skinny crown..... it sucks. get the near perfect one from joshua with the fixed cannon pin, fat crown, fat crowngaurd, great AR (different from other pams) and correct color dial. much nicer watch.

just finished the white dial which was much easier because you can see the holes in the dial to mount the cross.

really...... the silix dial looks way better with the correct date window and the finish is more uniform. i like the big polished numerals better than the gen and 1:1 dial. just stands out more. i guess i got it as good as it's going to get.

i like fried eggs with cayenne pepper dumped all over them and perfect modded pams. period.

it's the rep strap! i'm shocked how good it is too.

the crystal should stick out slightly. yours looks correct.
