get a $35 crystal press off ebay and pull the movement first. pops out very easy. it should pop out with your thumbs but you will need the press to get it back in straight and watertight.

try a springbar tool.

easy. put a small light in the reflection that is far away so you see a small circle reflecting. if it is single you will see two bulbs. one white and one blue/purple. if it is double coated, it will reflect no white light only the blue/purple color and it will look better

problem with pams is..... which one to get! i suggest buying used from timezone or paneristi so you can resell it for the same price or higher should you lust after a different model. resale is very high.

the swan neck allows for a very fine adjustment. it can be done with just the caseback removed on most pams.

i find the crowngaurd causes no discomfort at all.
