panerai153 Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 RPN LPN Or one of those LN's What? MDA I'm and old one so I guess I'm an OMDA Maybe my user name should be gasdoc!! Actually a friend of mine already has that one as his email address and on his license plate on his car. I would rather fly under the radar. I'm really only an MD in the OR otherwise in a small town like this I'm happy to be just another guy in cowboy boots and jeans who drives an F-150 We also have a farming and cattle operation as well. panerai153 Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 paneria153, Mac or Miller for intubation? RT here. hi Mike I have always preferred Miller blades. Started off with them in training, and never switched. On adults I use a Miller 3. we use a Kingvision or Glidescope on difficult ones.
Mike on a bike Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 I like the straighter blade also but most use MACs these days. Just starting out at my age, but had to retool.

gmtlover Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 I do nothing.... Except being in pretty much constant pain. The days I am pain free is like heaven. But they are far between and few these days. Hoping to win the lottery so I can buy myself a new body *haha* One that is not put together by random sub-contracted junk parts. I have my hobbies though And my dogs. And you guys. Build yourself a super franken body ;-) 1
krustybrand Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 Are you at a lab or university or both? Electricity generating end of the business. There's precious little money or jobs in any other aspect of the field. I will be retiring in a few years if all goes well. It's been an OK career.
Bosox Posted February 11, 2013 Report Posted February 11, 2013 A few years as a professional baseball player and then on to the real and boring world of a budget director for a military department.

Although, I haven't worked for just over 12 months. Which is how I stumbled upon you guys I had double spinal fusion surgery early last year, & it's been a long road back. All good now, though. I have full clearance to return to work next week Which is just as well, Because I have to fund my newfound hobby somehow Will have to see how the reconditioned back handles life back on the road.
