sly
Just wanted to share my 5513 with you guys and get some input on the MBW case that it currently resides in. I am used to the yuki case on my 1680 that I wear everyday so the MBW is a little different on my wrist. It seems like the case is big or maybe it's just me, How far is this case to gen specs. Sorry for the not so great pics. As Always, Thanks to all the helpful members here. This has: - Gen. Service dial - Gen. Insert - Gen. Crown - Clark Crystal - ETA 2783 under the hood. Merry Christmas, Sly

sly
Thanks for the compliments, Teejay. Not enough wrist time yet to say it's comfy, but will let you know.
highoeyazmuhudee
the MBKs should be gen dimension, all parts should fit. compared to yuki the MBK is better value. looks sweet! good to know the 2783 fits. whats the origin of those endlinks? MORE PICS! Edited December 24, 2010 by highoeyazmuhudee

You're very welcome It may take a little getting used to the curved back, but they really are a treat to wear (especially with the more modern-style bracelet )

alligoat
Looking good , sly! Like highoey says, you,re as close to gen as you can get as far as the case is concerned, except maybe for the crown position since it's built for a 2836-2 originally. wiesn089
Looks great! Is this an old MBK or did you buy this one recently? Where did you source it? Narikaa?
highoeyazmuhudee
how do you find the endlink fit? im very interested in getting some 580s but dont want to spend $120 on the gen parts. these dont look too bad, stamping aside. my guess is the endlinks are from PT. paired with the 1680 this looks like an amazing duo! sly
Great looking watch, Sly! We need a lume shot, that dial has some killer lume! This my first time with a lume shot, Hands are from yuki so they do not glow as much as the dial. Here you go. Looks great! Is this an old MBK or did you buy this one recently? Where did you source it? Narikaa? Got this from a fellow member here, I think this is a newer one. how do you find the endlink fit? im very interested in getting some 580s but dont want to spend $120 on the gen parts. these dont look too bad, stamping aside. my guess is the endlinks are from PT. With just a little trimming it fits very well, Not really sure where this endlink was originally sourced. paired with the 1680 this looks like an amazing duo!
