His claim to paypal is claiming someone else sent the payment to me without him knowing lol. He has tried to extortion money out of me by blackmailing me, demeaning that because I didn't photograph, and video every job on his watch, that I didn't do the work. I have supplied paypal with proof of tracking number, email communications, and photos of the tracking slip and receipt. Ban this asshat already. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MUPPET!!!

If you have email communication from him requesting the service, then clearly that will be in your favour. But I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. We have completed our investigation of the transaction below and wereunable to find evidence of unauthorized access to the buyer’s account. Thiscase was denied to the buyer and no funds were recovered from your account. 6
