freddy333 Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Since I spent the past 2 days working on its CGs (and had to repair a brake problem (with input from the Zigmeister, in case anyone is keeping score) along the way), I think it only fitting that I end the week by taking the Daytona to work today
By-Tor Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Is it really Friday now? Oops... I guess it is. I've been working so much that I've lost count. Anyway... wearing the SFSO now. but will probably wear either of these beauties during the weekend too.
dluddy Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 @SeaDweller Nice Cars I'll choose between these two for Friday 11h on MP Senape wins for today
jackyl Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Bentley again, but on a blue calf strap today.
By-Tor Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Freddy, I edited the subject title to match the traditional formula. Maybe that way we can get this thread going properly.
mezzanine Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 I know I just posted this one in the other wrist check, but I'm excited about this one, and even if the bracelet's a little tight right now, I'm going to be wearing this for sure:
Victoria Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Seadweller, the effort you went through (and the embarrassment!) was well worth it. These are MAGNIFICENT shots of you, your PAM, your lovely strap (what is it? Paci V?), and the cars on show. You're awesome! -- Can't believe this Weekend Wristcheck is only at 9 posts! Sure it was going to be in its third page by now. Let me go outside and shoot mine -- @Dluddy: Go with the 111 on the Senape?
Victoria Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 FRIDAY RWG is not slow today, but nothing cheers people up more than seeing new watches, new vistas, new STUFF. It's like having free rep watches of your own, since you see what's out there. This is my contribution today. Amongst my most favourite shots ever. My new Rolex Day-Date from RWG member, Azmindreader. Lovely lovely, gen-looking linen/tuxedo dial. I wanted to share in the snow fun. Here's me wearing my North Face anorak and the Rollie DD. But the reality, I'm afraid, is much different. It was 87F/31C today. SATURDAY You've seen the Fiddy sized version, but here's Greg Stevens' Crazy Horse with antique stitching on my DSN PAM 112! Beautiful (and sold out). But there was a surprise in the buckle I wasn't expecting! SUNDAY This is my "Nantucket" watch. A Geneva on grosgrain D-ring strap.
andreww Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Inspired by italiano's new genuine BCA, Im starting the weekend with this...
V Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Still wearing my absolute beauties combo.. 112 with the Metta

watcher Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Not the brightest pic as I only took it in the office 1o mins ago. Wearing my WM9 Sub now fitted with an aftermarket insert from CousinsUK and 'noob' dial and date wheel(superb quality too) from blkm1234.
Golfman Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 My fantasy PVD (just before its next mod trip to become a 202a )
TWP Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Still wearing my absolute beauties combo.. 112 with the Metta Your strap is killin' me. Would you like to depart from it?
Victoria Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Your strap is killin' me. Would you like to depart from it? My Prince, they say everyone has a price, but this is V's Holy Grail strap. I think all your rep kingdom would not suffice to make him part with it. OTOH, what you got for me? I sure as heck have a price. And it's called Panerai.
Bazz Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Steaks and beers with my fiddy here! Have a good one!
robertk Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Wow, some great shots...and watches. Today: a little style Tomorrow: a little flash Sunday: A little class
rolli Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 and again the eye catcher pam slob pvd aged bronze for this weekend. greetings for all, rolli
V Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 My Prince, they say everyone has a price, but this is V's Holy Grail strap. I think all your rep kingdom would not suffice to make him part with it. Unfortunately for you, Victoria is right.. Everything has a price except from this strap... I cannot even remove it from my watch now for a week to put any other strap even for some hours... I don't know but the Metta leather is something very special and many straps have passed and went the last two years and the only one that's stayed is my old Metta.
