You will see them right above the QUOTE and REPLY buttons in the lower right corner of any post that is not your own. Click one, and it'll be sticky. It can be used when someone says something witty or sarcastic. Sometimes when someone says something insulting or rude, and the other person replies with something funny and sarcastic, which is even more insulting. Or just even means "WOW!" Example: Someone calls you cheap for buying a rep, and you reply with "I spent all the money on lap dances from your mom at the strip club" ZING!
