Not being a sentimental person at all but as I didn't reply as quick as normal to my messages and email for those concerned, I wanted to let you that my hero died today.....

As I informed some of you my mother was seriously ill for the past few weeks and this morning she faded away to a place without pain and trouble.

Being born in the 2nd WW, she had a very tough life, and took care of 4 boys on her own with a smile , pushing aside all the trouble she went through. A few years ago she had a stroke and the fall of her life set in when one of our brothers was killed in a caraccident. She couldn't bear the thought that she had to burry one of her sons and from that day on the sun in her eyes faded away.

She will allways be in my memories as a strong and unbeleavable optimistic person.

Sincerest condolences.

A very difficult loss. My own mother died a couple of years ago.

This may sound strange, but you sound as though you have a good attitude to manage this.

Keep the best memories strong....

Capiche, my friend. Having met you in person, I can tell you that your mother did a very good job in raising her children. My deepest condolences go out to you today, my friend. Keep the good times in your heart and she will always be there with you.

Mate, from another of the team here, my deepest condolences.

It certainly makes me value the fact, that whilst I lost my Dad many years ago, my Mum, is still battling on at 85.

Recently I have been asking myself, where I would be without my Mum, as she has not been well.

I feel most deeply for your loss; however rejoice that she is now in a better place, and will forever love you.

Keep those wonderful memories.

People say such things as "Don't mourn the death, but celebrate her life", etc... but it's always terrible to lose a close person. Losing a mother... I don't know how that would feel. Only time will heal I guess.

My condolences.
