  1. Alright I'm tired of seeing these movements being inaccurately identified. Maybe it comes from ignorance so I'm here to help alleviate that issue. There are several ways to identify a 7750 movement. We all know there are at least three different models out there of this widely used movement. So no one buys a so called Swiss movement off of Ebay or worse buys one from here I've made this quick and easy tutorial. 1. Old Asian 7750 (AKA 7750a or 7750b) which runs at 21,600 vph. I personally have had no luck with this movement. I've owned three reps thus far with this movement and all 3 had issues. 2. Genuine ETA 7750 (AKA Valjoux 7750) which runs at 28,800 vph. I've only owned one of these but it ran and reset perfectly. 3. New Asian 7750 (AKA 7750b1) which runs at 28,800 vph. I currently own 2 of these movements. Both function properly and keep excellent time but other members have reported issues. Overall seems to be a bit more reliable than the previous Asian copies. Alright so now I hope everyone knows which movement is which by simply glancing at a few pics. Cheers, Jon

  3. Nothing wrong with me man just doubt the factories would use your watch for replication. Cheers Jon
  4. Yeah I just wanted to make sure I'm not the only one who would love to have this rep in my collection. I've got a bunch of Breit's in my box but not a Chronomat. I would also love to see a good steelfish rep as well! Cheers, Jon
  5. Yeah I recall he did, but the odds of that actually happening are pretty much slim to none in my opinion. Seems like the goods are there. The bracelet is nearly the same as the Bent GT. The dial and hands are in the new Super Avenger carried by Trusty and Josh. The case has been done somewhat in quartz models. The bezel is basically the same as the Seawolf SS. The movement is obviously avialable out of box with no mods! Even the Sapphire AR crystal is done. Seems simple enough but still no rep!?! Like I said, I've heard its on the way but just want to see if its really in demand or if I'm the only one! Cheers, Jon
  6. Just wondering if anyone else is ready for a good 7750 Chronomat rep. I've seen Breitling after Breitling released but still not the most popular model out, the now infamous Chronomat Evolution! So I'd just like to see what the interest actually is. There is speculation that maybe, just maybe a rep is on the way but nothing is set in stone. Hopefully we can show the dealers and their suppliers that there is great interest for this model! Please vote honestly. All those peeps that say yes but then would pick at the flaws and not buy please be honest! If a rep came out of the same quality as the new 187 or Breitling Bents would you buy?!? I know I would! Cheers, Jon
  7. I got this bad boy there too. I'm going to pick up a blue version for my SMP too. Cheers, Jon
  8. Its a secret! Just kidding the straps are from http://watchrick.com/ Deployment Buckle from http://www.globalwatchband.com/ Cheers, Jon
  9. Seawolf is 22mm Bent is 24mm Thanks for the compliments! Cheers, Jon
  10. Oh, you found it. My grail watch is near! LOL Gotta love the steel crownguard on the gold watch. I guess their going for the opposite effect Rolex went with on their TT models! Cheers, Jon
  11. HILARIOUS! Don't think I could ever forget to wear my watch! And for me I'll wear this tonight!
  12. Why do you guys keep showing these things off?!? I want one so bad! LOL But seriously nice watch! And I'll say it like I've said to everyone else posting these recently. If you ever plan to sell let me know! Cheers, Jon
  13. Big Bentley's use 24mm, not sure about the GT models. Mine is still in transit. Heres some pics I just took of Buffalo grain leather straps. Got these for an unbeleivable $8 a piece! http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=9890 Cheers, Jon
  14. Got a couple new straps in today. My rep budget is spent for the month but I can always swing a few straps! I also got a new push button deployment buckle for the Bentley model. If you've never had one of these they are very nice and add a bit of character to a nice dress watch. Alright enough words I'll let the pictures do the talking. Sorry if the pictures are quite up to par, I shot them fairly quickly on a low battery. Oh yeah and BIG THANKS to the RWI member Efnstefn who sent me the Authentic Breitling travel case just because he knew I'm a Breitling nut! What a great guy! Enjoy! Jon
  15. Beautiful watch! Please post more when you get it unwrapped. Cheers, Jon
  16. I thought the same thing but also have no source for the gen dial and gen hands! The layout would be the same as the Calibre 13 is based on the ETA 7750. Cheers, Jon

    Omega 007

Amazing rep! I wish these were still available. Wear it well and if you decide to sell let me know! Jon
  18. For $68 you got what you paid for. A decent SMP is going to cost at least $100 and more likely $200 for an ETA movement. Jon PS> Welcome to the forums!
  19. Links are likely to change as it seems he's doing the updates to the site now. I've confirmed the lugwidth with him already though. 45mm PO w/ 22mm Lugs and correct "Omega - Seamaster - Professional - Planet Ocean" engravings! http://perfect-clones.com/802-p-1665.html PO Chrono w/ Black Datewheel http://perfect-clones.com/omse10025-planet...750-p-1675.html
  20. Looking very good! If only my rep budget wasn't broke at the moment! Looks like I might have to sell some stuff soon! Cheers, Jon
  21. EL's having problems now too. This is really stupid. Something has to be done. WU for noobs perhaps? I want a black list for members too so I don't get scammed in a trade deal!
  22. I'd be in for white w/ SS bracelet. Jon
  23. Easy Quartz sucks because its too simple. Mechanical is nice because its a complex, precision instrument. Accuracy depends on quality and maintenance of a mechanical time peice. I guess I like the idea of having one on my arm. If I had the money I would invest in Gen watches that build their own in house movements but for now the best I can do is Swiss movement reps. Also quartz watches nearly drove the Swiss watch industry broke when they came out and were being mass produced by Asian factories. The art of the mechanical watch was also nearly done in because of this demand plumet. This is one reason now it is difficult to find a watch smith that can work on the more complex (especially mechanical chronograph) movements. Basically like I said before Quartz sucks! Jon PS> If you have the choice between Asian 21J and an ETA I would always go with the ETA movement.
  24. First picture is the newest SA rep out. The case, bracelet, and back are all much better but the dial and hands are totally off. Hopefully its a sign of better things to come. Please oh please let it be the signs of a Chronomat Evolution rep! Cheers, Jon
  25. I haven't measured the winder but it is fairly large. I know all of my reps won't keep perfect time but they'll at least have the date set. It will also motivate me to have some of the more inaccurate reps serviced. Cheers, Jon
