  1. I can not see any other. Notice the Day change drive wheel is what you typically see.
  2. I went to a light pallet jewel oil. Along the lines of 941 but not by Moebius. Like yourself, 9010 and D5 are the main staple and follow the ETA oil chart, until some thing like this comes up
  3. In the processes of wrapping up a full service on a members watch. I noticed some thing unique with disassembling the movement and figure I would do a write up on this during the assembly. I would like to know if any other members have come across this
  4. Wow the buckle really shows well the color that needs to be accomplished! I am thinking we should just all chip in for a chunk of Ta! I managed to high polish my 177 Ti bezel and CG this weekend
  5. If it pauses, there could be too much pressure on the "spring" that engages the transfer gear, to move the minute sub dial hand. The "spring" I am refering to, is a little metal piece that is on the 60s chrono wheel.
  6. Here, just shot a pic of the movement. The Red Arrows show what the chrono puchers contact to start/stop/rest the chrno function. The lower arrow is pointing to the start/stop operating lever. The top arrow is pointing to the reset lever. Hope this helps.
  7. The chrono buttons do not attach to the movement...They mearly press on movements chrono operating levers. Take a look at the pic of a members watch I an doing a full service on...See how the chono pusher is sticking out on the one on am pushing? The is what then press on the chrono operating lever & reset.
  8. Nope. Don't have a rep deployment, or a gen for that matter. Sorry, I am not a Deployment fan as once the strap takes a set, that is it. No mater how much you try to adjust it, it will return to that set position. If you are wanting a gen, then buy one from a AD.
  9. Ebay Australia could give 2 squats about reps...They always let the auctions run!
  10. Not to mention we get all the Breitling swag too!
  11. It is a Pilot bracelet still, just in a special variation for the Black Bird.
  12. Have the dealers come to taking pics of the piece on a timer to show the rate in a single position? That is right up there with some of the dealers using black lights to show how "brigh" the lume is. Awesome piece though! The Worlds are beautiful! Wear it well and enjoy it!
  13. Did it happen just once, or have you been able to make the watch repeat the sound? Give it a good 40 cranks on the crown to wind it and then try to get it to make the noice again. Once it does (if it does) set the watch down. It should continue to run for 40-26 hours. If not, then I would say there is some thing wrong.
  14. My Z worked over piece w/ Tritium lume. My bright kitchen lights bring out the Tobacco color nicely..and the 6mm strap keeps the piece on my wrist a lot lately.
  15. The SuperSport will be mine! Oh yes, it will be mine! DLC'd Bentleys
  16. Look at the Winged B on the clasp...Pre 2008 Models were coined in deeply to the clasp. Post 2008 models had the raised Winged B. If the Winged B look like it is lightly engraved or laser etched, it is a rep. Also, the curvature of the Gen is greater then the Rep.
  17. From what I have been told about Breitling hands, is that they use such a tight press fit to the pinions, that they are literally destroyed when removed. I have heard of some having to cut the pinions to just to remove the hands in order not to destroy the dial. I tend to believe this as Breitling puts on new hands during full services.
  18. That is what I was kind of thinking...but if that is the case, very [censored] poor design.

  20. From what I have seen, this was only case for the early Chonomats when they were 39mm/40.5mm and not the BCE (Really just Chronomat now), at 43.7mm.
  21. More importantly...how the heck does the rotor come off.
  22. MODELE DEPOSE is on all SS Breitling Bracelets and Deployment Clasps (No Ti Deployments) not including the Ocean Racer. Ti models were unique saying "REGISTERED MODEL" "NICKEL FREE BUCKLE"
  23. MODELE DEPOSE is on all Breitling Bracelets and Deployment Clasps.
  24. I just spit out my coffee. Those were great!
