  1. yuki is good about returning poducts
  2. hmm, could of used a ruler is quite asymmetrical
  3. they are something spectacular. i too have an old 16610 from MBW, was thinking of converting it to a modern day brevet bond sub. no cgs, already drilled out the lug holes, and no cyclops over the date.
  4. yeah some of us dont care about trivial stuff like that. or probably ever remove the bracelet for that matter.
  5. he charges $300 just for an engraving?
  6. are going to be modding this piece or just wearing it as is? if modding save your money for something better, if just wearing out of the box and thats it, buy and enjoy.
  7. patience got some more interesting stuff in the works, beyond dials even i will have to see about this superlume because if its anything but superlume i dont want it, what you ask and pay for is sometimes too different "but same" when dealing with factories. if it is superlume it might cost a fair bit more, as it already does. feet for eta is an absolute, even better im negotiating having 4 feet on the back, for gen and eta, bend off the ones you dont want doubt i ll be making some hands but you never know, the TC ones seem adequate enough already.
  8. these are my dials 5512/3/7 and 1665 to follow i can maybe even get superlume from the factory
  9. actually working on my own set of dials i hope to be able to offer you modders soon feet for eta and gen, clip the ones you dont need. NO MORE gluing or taping, no more sliding, no more troublesome date alignments because of the dials! sample from my contact in asia. these are marked "beyeler geneve" in pattern (or blank) on the back NOT singer, price point probably $30 more than YUKIs offering, much better quality. i have creative control to a degree, so if you guys see any changes that could improve this dial, please share
  10. clarks are excellent for the price, and thats not to say settle because its inexpensive, they really are very close to gen for 1/10th the price
  11. dont get me wrong its a nice build, and youre most certainly right about personal preference. i think for me its the puffy markers and the wrong shape and size of the yuki hands. especially the yuki seconds hand is too inaccurate for my preference yuki on the far right, gen in the middle, clarks to the left but whatever i have OCD problems with these things congrats on a fine watch
  12. im not really liking that yuki dial or hands...maybe its the yellow markers
  13. neither really. but out of those two id choose PTs providing you actually receive one marked "93150" as dealers wont guarantee correct markings on these bracelets
  14. phong claims to make them in house, yukis im pretty sure comes from shenzhen, and NDT claims to not be of asian origin, i even talked with the distributor who also backs this up. mbk claimed europe but also didnt disagree when i suggested taiwan, but more likely shenzhen. but who the hell really knows.
  15. loving my galaxy so far, apple makes good products too ...just too restricted
  16. nice, how satisfied are you with the case now?
