  1. I took the original "beta" version way back when Walter Odets was running it...I can't even remember WTF it was about to be truthful...But then....these days, I have to stop and think to remember my own kid's names sometimes!! :inverted:
  2. My Sead 036 from a while back...Hand delivered to me in a Denny's parking lot by him!!
  3. Bottom line: The end result will be a supply shortage, and a corresponding price increase... I'm glad I've got enough "toys" to keep me busy for the foreseeable future!!! :pimp:
  4. Well...I'll refrain from the obvious quip concerning your handle, and ask you: Have you discussed this issue with pbdad or avitt before posting here...??? have you contacted a moderator concerning this..??? I realize that you are a new guy, but it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to post stuff like this without first discussing it with the folks that are most able to help you....
  5. The canon pinion on the fiddy is a dead giveaway......And it goes downhill from there....
  6. I wouldn't risk it......Chrono pushers, even on many gen's, can be problematic when wet.....On a replica Tag it's just too much of a stretch......If you like the watch, keep it dry!! :pimp:
  7. A cheap one you can afford to toss if your efforts go SNAFU........ :pimp:
  8. Every forum needs a TTK reincarnation character....Carl is ours....We should cherish him !! :clap2:
  9. A simple silent sneer usually suffices..... :pimp:
  10. There are NO SWISS ETA movements available to the replica industry!!!!!!!.....The only thing you might get is some tired clunker salvaged from a 20 year old off branded POS.... :bangin: :bangin: :bangin: :bangin: :bangin: :bangin:
  11. My recently arrived El Cheapo 024 from Toro:
  12. There are literally thousands of scammer sites that will take your money and send you NOTHING!! The reason sites like this exist, at least partially, is to catalog the "legitimate" replica watch dealers, and help you in the event of a problem with them. The recommended dealers here will treat you right...Those other thousands most likely wont! Shop at our trusted sources ....Or take your chances elsewhere...Your decision.... Those two sites you listed are most CERTAINLY not among our trusted dealers list!!!
  13. Kind of like a guy called "superchildmolester" inquiring about a job at a day care center...!!! :bangin:
  14. My Omega Dynamic Chrono's modular movement has 44 J....I can't imagine WTF they'd need another 13 for...
  15. Just for reference: The Bulova was a "mans" watch during WW2....These days the Omega is a bit "wimpy"....Go figure!!!
  16. Movement is a Seagull ST25-30 modular PR model...
  17. Until the insert can be moved slightly......Then pry it out carefully....
  18. There are a few tricks to insert removal....One of the easiest is to use a hair dryer to heat it up enough to soften the adhesive, then slowly and CAREFULLY use as Xacto knife blade to separate the insert from the bezel... I have done this dozens of times with no problems. I also destroyed a "noob" bezel once trying to remove it!!
  19. I heard that a bunch of Croccodiles captured him, and used his hide to make a bunch of watch bands.... :pimp: ;)
  20. Some of the Subs sold over the years have very difficult to remove bezels.....IIRC, the original noob from TTK was one in that category.... BTW...why do you feel the need to do this "bezelectomy"...???
  21. Bottom line: If you really feel the need to own a somewhat reliable Asian 7750 watch, plan on spending the price of another decent rep watch, just to insure that it runs as reliably as your average 21j "el cheapo"!! That formula just doesn't add up in my reality scenario....
  22. Not Weird, just naked!!.... I have steadily worn a watch since I was @ 15 yrs old....(almost 56 yrs).... but I do take it off in bed....
