I agree, but I thought I needed reminding.
Besides, steel is tricky to photograph and I fancied a challenge. It's all natural light with the sun on my light tent.
It's Sunday now, so I've changed the BOB for Breitling for Stainless Steel. I hardly ever wear this watch on the original steel bracelet but decided to give it a go.
That's a perception issue. By-Tor got his Noobmariner for free and no-one questioned his impartiality. Maybe dealers could offer review copies at wholesale, or ask for the watch to be returned or raffled off after?
To be honest, I'm just thinking aloud as there is no formal review system and as such some watches will never get a full review. Hmm, I wonder if this would have helped with the B&R situation ...
The Fiddy is more likely to have problems (exploding glass? Forgetting to wind it?) than the PO. Have you had both tested for water-resistance?
Oh, if I were you, I'd take both. Put a dress-strap on El Fidderino and wear it to the captain's table and leave the Pee Oh for casual wear.
How on earth did Timex get good? I would kill for one of these in Auto, though. That flyback looks almost tempting!
Maybe it's time to replace my one quartz watch (Hey, everybody needs the modern equivalent of a regulateur ...) with one of these.
Nice catch, Neil.
Taken for today's wristshot post, I thought I'd best post the 1280 version in case someone wants it.

If I'm doing too many wallpapers, tell me and I'll stop. Or, maybe I'll collate them all into one post.
