  1. one, two, three, four,
  2. I agree, but I thought I needed reminding. Besides, steel is tricky to photograph and I fancied a challenge. It's all natural light with the sun on my light tent.
  3. Have you read this guy's other posts? It is rumoured he's just posting to get people to waste their time.
  4. Click for 1920x1200 HD version
  5. It's Sunday now, so I've changed the BOB for Breitling for Stainless Steel. I hardly ever wear this watch on the original steel bracelet but decided to give it a go.
  6. From Rolex.com
  7. Yeah, come be a Phorisian!
  8. That's a perception issue. By-Tor got his Noobmariner for free and no-one questioned his impartiality. Maybe dealers could offer review copies at wholesale, or ask for the watch to be returned or raffled off after? To be honest, I'm just thinking aloud as there is no formal review system and as such some watches will never get a full review. Hmm, I wonder if this would have helped with the B&R situation ...
  9. It's also linkable, as noted here.
  10. http://www.rolex.com/en/collection/rolex-g...eller/index.jsp ... or even ... http://www.rolex.com/en/collection/rolex-g...iew.jsp?model=1
  11. Nice one. This is an interesting direction. Hey, Angus, if you need the IWC Cousteau reviewing, send it here and I'll do a decent job, eh? Eh?
  12. The Fiddy is more likely to have problems (exploding glass? Forgetting to wind it?) than the PO. Have you had both tested for water-resistance? Oh, if I were you, I'd take both. Put a dress-strap on El Fidderino and wear it to the captain's table and leave the Pee Oh for casual wear.
  13. Someone needs to put a proper ETA 2892, or even an Asian slimline 28k, movement in these. I agree about going tabula rasa on this one's ass.
  14. 5'9" (1m75), don't know my weight, 6.75" (17cm) wrist. I don't know my weight, but I'm not a porker.
  15. I wonder what a PO with a Navitimer bracelet looks like ...
  16. Sweet! I wonder if it'll still be $50
  17. Rolex have updated their site. No longer is it a crappy unlinkable Flash site. For instance, I can link directly to the crown guards photo page.
  18. Hey, they're there to be used. Glad you like it.
  19. Click each image for the larger version. Breitling IWC Omega Panerai Rolex Assorted
  20. How on earth did Timex get good? I would kill for one of these in Auto, though. That flyback looks almost tempting! Maybe it's time to replace my one quartz watch (Hey, everybody needs the modern equivalent of a regulateur ...) with one of these. Nice catch, Neil.
  21. It's Saturday and I am wearing my Navitimer on BOB.
  22. Taken for today's wristshot post, I thought I'd best post the 1280 version in case someone wants it. Click for 1280x960 version If I'm doing too many wallpapers, tell me and I'll stop. Or, maybe I'll collate them all into one post.
  23. That's a crying shame.
  24. Sure. I meant I don't have any shots yet.
  25. Not yet.
