I just happened to see the genuine at the AD display today. I did not pay attention to the blueness of the crystal, but it definitely looked like there was no AR at all!

Keeping in mind that the watch is not my daily beater, it is still working pretty well.

Why did B&R replace the number 3 with its brand name and logo? The watch - though gorgeous - seems so unbalanced to my eyes. Here is how I'd like it to have been:

Congrats on the watch, one of the coolest TAG designs. Abide by that rule and you won't have problems. I managed to break the double corrector (a gear that sets day and date) of my carrera day-date the very day I received it because I didn't realize it was midnight, and not noon!! And that's because I thought I was no longer a noob... Please, tell me if your watch has the following issues: 1) misaligned minute marker figures (no two numbers were aligned in previous - older - versions of this watch) 2) off centered imprinted text on the chrono hours subdial. You can see what I am talking about on the pictures below. See how the 9 is much closer to the border than the 3?

Hi importr, I had to remove the bezel off my GC a while ago. I don't have any proper tools to do that, so I resorted to a screwdriver, wedging its head in the gap between bezel and case, and prying the screwdriver against one of the lugs as the lever point. In order to avoid damage to the lug, I used a thick fabric to protect its surface. The bezel came off pretty easily.

Yep, the new design of pushers is a million times bettter than the silly (IMO) rubber cilinders. I have high hopes the factories will replicate this new line-up of ROO.

The 500M looks great on a black NATO strap. That's how I've been wearing mine ever since I got it a while ago. The picture below is not up-to-date, as now the hardware on the NATO I am wearing is stainless steel coloured to match the watch case.

It's not very beautiful, it's AWESOME, even more than the non-chrono black version of the 500M.

Well, guys, I now have what once was sul's Calibre 1! I bought it a while ago but only received it here in Brazil this past weekend. The wait was worth it, as this version of the replica is VERY close to the genuine article. And now that I have this newer version in my hands I can firmly say that the two previous versions of the replica suck big time!!! This v3 is a whole new watch, mostly because of the correct bezel thickness. The watch is substantially bigger, for a start. Not because the case is much bigger than before (it is slightly bigger), but as the bezel is now much thinner (and correct, by the way), the all-dial design makes the watch wear bigger than the other replica versions. And to accommodate the thinner bezel, a larger sapphire - and thicker as well, as it now sits higher than the bezel - and larger dial had to be produced. To keep the relative sizes of dial and hour markers, the latter have also increased in size, as as well as the prominent "12". The AR is VERY good, but not the clear invisible treatment as the genuine; it's blue/purple hued instead, but again, VERY good and much better than before (the other versions of the replica). Last, but no least, the lug size is 22mm, but I don't know what size the genuine is. Nevertheless, the strap tappers down to the correct size at the buckle, so the buckles are interchangeable (with a carrera racing, for instance). The watch is gorgeous as a horological piece, and the replication is excellent. Thank you Sul for the great deal.

What do you mean? Is there a worst hands version of the all ceramic KP?

Is this rotor found on the lower version only? I have just received the hi-beat version and the rotor is very different, even though it reads King Power. I just can't believe how many little details these factories improve one at a time.

One of my preferred reps. As a matter of fact, I just realized that I am a TAG Heuer fan; this is the one and only brand I have many reps of. And I am now just waiting for the Aquaracer all black and the chrono versions to come out then I'll buy them both.
