  1. I have to admit I have watched all of this with some bemusement. I for one could stare at a watch on someone and never see it. For those who love the idea of the correct stats....great. My fear is that also brings an unproven movement. I'm staying on the sidelines for now.......especially since the new seadweller is in the works. That one I really want.
  2. Lanikai, that is a GEM! I'm going with Omega's for a few days. Tomorrow: Tuesday: Wednesday:
  3. What a beautiful collection.....and superb photo's. Can't think of anything you're missing!
  4. Tonight: Cali dial Saturday: Railmaster Sunday: Classic IWC Timezone UTC
  5. I'm pulling some oldies but goodies out for a few days. Wednesday night, I'll be wearing this two year old rep which is spot on: JLC Memovox Thursday: Zenith El primero (three years old) Friday: AP Royal Oak (three years old)
  6. That's a beautiful watch.......and, as for the "Dead Giveaway", yeah, everybody who sees it is going to know right away........from across the room
  7. Verrry nice. Nice grouping as well.
  8. Today: One of my newly acquired favorites Tuesday: Nautilus MBW Wednesday: IWC
  9. You're right....it always amazes me. Any other brand and everybody would be hooping and hollerin'. Actually, no one here has even seen it in the flesh yet. It ain't gonna be perfect, but I'll bet when the reviews come in, it will be pretty darn good. Price......yup, too high, but all the new "high end" reps are. What I'm waiting for is the new seadweller, and if the flaws are the same as here and the price is the same, I'll probably jump on it........but that's just me.
  10. TGIF! Tomorrow night: B&R time Saturday: B&R time.......again Sunday: IWC timezone
  11. Or you can get an MBW. Pretty damn close.
  12. tonight: Maurice LaCroix Masterpiece Thursday: Tag Senna Friday: One of my favorite vintage Rollie's
  13. It's very accurate and the chrono's work fine. I'm sure it is the old beat since I've had it about two years (before the high beat appeared). The major flaw is the black date wheel instead of blue. There was some discussion about whether the blue matched the original and I did have the opportunity to match it up against the original. Depending on the light it appears the same. The size is perfect.
  14. One of the best Pam reps! great photo's. Wear it well!
  15. Beautiful Omega, By-Tor. I'm starting the week with this gem: Tuesday: 5512 Wednesday: Pam Regatta
  16. tonight: Daytona time Saturday: Dewitt fun time Sunday: I'll take the Ferrari for a "drive"
  17. What a beauty. do you have it in Chartreuse?
  18. I prefer the non-chrono. Simple and classic. Too many chrono's in the marketplace and they all start to look alike. Sometimes simplicity is the best reward?
  19. By-Tor, it's approaching one for each day of the quarter........LOL! I never get bored with the same old.....same old.
  20. Hell.....I've got tons of chrono's with the newer movement and run them all the time. Only one has given me a problem (runs a little slower when the chrono is active). Go for it and get the HB. You're already in this deep. BTW, don't use the chrono's if you're shooting an approach to minimums and you're life depends on it. Other than that their fine.
