Functions (all functions exactly as gen): - Chronograph: 30 minutes counter subdial at 12, 12 hr counter subdial at 6 and seconds counter in central hand. - Day: left window at 12 - Month: right window at 12 - Date: center hand, numeral around dial - 24hr: subdial at 9. This is 24 hr format of the local time, it's not a second zone - Moon phase: window at 6 This movt is a A7750 modified to perform the additional function, other than chrono. It's the same movt we could find in the Omega Speedmaster Day-Date, which I own and it's being working flawlessly for almost a year. Also this mod movt has been stated as reliable in several posts. Of course to ensure a long life, if you buy it, sent it to service upon receiving it and/or do regular service.

:D We are in the same boat, as a matter of fact a very crowded boat. I only wish the factories launch a Moon Speedy without the auto module, the Lemania subdial spacing and the "slave" hour counter at 6 are a huge lay down to me.

It's a groundbreaking approach to the traditional rotor, it's great to have a see-through case back with a movt without a rotor that interrupt the view. Even they made an original design for the balance adjustment. Carl F Bucherer has beautiful elegant designs, I really love the Patravi TravelTec GMT, but at a reatil price of US$ 10,900 and only could wait for a good rep sometime in the future.

No, as matter of fact there is not a gen either. The rep is available in black and brown, and the gen in black, silver and brown. A blue version will be a fantasy rep.

bonecollector, do yourself a favor, if money is not a problem (which usually IS ), save some additional money and go for the A7750, it's one of the best rep available in the market. Otherwise, I agree with gillorin, go to WatchEden.

I had used the washing machine method with some success. It's pretty easy to do, remove the movt, put the case & bracelet on the washing machine with a load of clothes, and do a regular cycle. This produce lots of light scratch and hairlines, you could repeat the process until you get the level you are looking for. Also during the process, the bezel is going to fade, so you have to control the wearing of the case/bracelet and the decoloration on the bezel. Usually it took 2 or 4 times to me to get the results I was looking for. Good luck.
