here's a view of my v1 from pix i have on my computer...(didn't realize that the date starts to changeover an hour earlier than midnight?!...hmmm...oh well...)
check out homageforum.com
a guy named blueradish - who occassionally appears here and sometimes on RG - lives in Canada and makes up custom pieces...reasonably priced, too...he has some cool custom stuff...just started talks with him so i don't know a lot yet...
also think there's a dealer called exclusivewatch or something like that on that forum from the UK...haven't seen anyone there that is from the US, though...
here's his photobucket (he makes custom straps and watches): http://www.flickr.com/photos/37926378@N04/
and here's some samples:
**** i asked him about this strap - but it's sold out...sexy, isn't it!

pretty watch...but dw is a downer for me, too...this watch is 46mm, right?!...
since i hate the sunken datewheel i decided to see if there's a quartz model of this one...and yup, there is...here's a pix of the quartz model...
yikes?!...
R-
nope...looks to be another of the many a21j movements under that skin...
and the date shouldn't be changing that early, IMO...datewheel seems to have a shadow, too...
my 2 cents...
R-
yes...you have to remove one of the upper bridges to see the micro rotor...
man...that's a beautiful movement...
do the chronos all work and reset fine...have you timed this watch - even with a computer clock?...
shame on the chrono hands (especially the 3 o'clock subdial one - looks pretty worn or it was put on scratched or something...odd as the rest of the dial looks fine...the lume is cracking off - but that's to be expected for a 20 year old watch...
nice!...
R-
this thread is not meant to highlight odd/ugly watches - but ones you actually find "intriguing/interesting", but would probably never buy for whatever reason...pls keep that mindset when posting...
***********************************
for me, it's the Graham Overlord Mark III Limited Edition - green dial...
there's just something about this watch i find "intriguing"...too pricey to get it just for fun...

curious, Lan...does it stick out the same distance as the Ingy?...
i love the Ingy, but the crown always seems to be way out there like this one...but what do i know?!...
ah...i had the wrong dealer...
trip helped me remember - thanks, bud!... (btw Thd - can't get the damn Seawolf caseback off yet, will keep you posted)...
you can try Peter at watchstation (time4direct)...that's where mine came from...very nice!...runs great, with smooth seconds sweep...
R-
looks nice, Lan...REALLY love that HK gator...
thanks for sharing, as always!!...
Vlydog has the gen...perhaps we could coax him into a mini-tech review?!...

GoFaster -
i am not an expert...but i would have taken a few more pix and posted them here first...and then gain some advice on price...we have some amazing members here who value vintage pieces, but moreover, have great insight on the pre-owned market...
it's a nice piece...did you ever sort out what movement and did you take any pix of it...many here would love to see it and/or assist...
