i think the hands will fit - as for the movement:
the price difference is so huge .... if it brakes ? i buy a new one
time/gmt - hand setting is exactly like on the incorrect hand stack ETA .
cheers,
Frank
just got yesterday the Asian - version : feels like an ETA has all the ETA markings - stamp, 2836-2 ect
and keeps excellent time - +2 Sec so far.
btw - the movement looks more clean/shiny or whatever you want to call it compared to my
real ETAs ...
so Asia for me was a good choice.
Frank
little update :
watertest survived
case is good - watch seems to be waterproof :
the movement runs -15 sec per day.
im happy with my el cheapo WM9 Sub
cheers,
Frank
basically i used different grade of wet and dry sandpaper (for metal) -
- this will remove the engravings .... than i polished it up with my dremel-tool
like this : this time not in a hotel room
which is not a dremel btw. - a cheapo fake dremel
and after that the last finish comes from Cap Cod.
cheers,
Frank
