Here you go. Enough info to make you dangerous: The black arrows indicate the regulation. The white arrows indicate the beat adjustment. Assuming the watch is in beat, move the black arrow lever: Left(In picture) to speed up and right(in picture) to slow down.

By the balance there are 2 posts. One holds the tail end of the balance spring(This adjusts the beat rate....Don't touch it), the other post shortens or lengthens the spring causing it to run faster or slower. If the watch is running fast, move this very gently toward the other post. If the watch is running slow, move this post gently away from the other post. Use very gentle nudges and check time. Unless you have a timing machine, it is pretty much a shot in the dark. Beware: You can do serious damage and even break the balance staff if you are not very careful. Good luck :-)

The bracelet is crap. Bezel: Nice action with a solid feel and sturdy click (Not loud and cheap sounding) Movement: Perfect, quartz accuracy and no concerns about that quartz tick (no constant seconds) Is it accurate compared to gen? Who cares. It looks great as a watch with a great presence. Forget that it says "Tudor" on the dial.....now, is it a watch you would wear? I would, and do more than the other watches I have. Looks: You decide......
