With tie, and jacket, rubber... shouldn't be an option.
Best in black exotic (Shark?) strap and deployment clasp, I'd say.
SS the second choice.
Is the event over? What did you wear?
OK lets talk cowboy boots.
Without a doubt..THE best purchase of my entire life was a pair of
Larry Mayhan black Lizards with a stirrup heel...in 1987!!!!!
I keep them in cedar shoe trees...wear them only for dress...have worn them
regularly for..let's see...that would... be 22 years.
The leather looks like new (no cracking), and I have never had them resoled.
Now THAT is a quality product. AND......they will ALWAYS be in fashion.
London, Paris, Rome, NY, or bum[censored].
Great thread.
Thanks for a lot of great information...and a lot of great photos.
To me it isn't only about focus and color and apeture, more the art of the composistion.
Freddy and Pug and Ubi, and others like them are presenting photos of beautiful watches like no other forum.
Artist's everyone.
Thanks.
No 'mods' to mine...just a custom rubber oyster bracelet and ss deployment.
This watch is the only diver that I own that I take in the water.
The Monster is a great watch.
I am an avid road rider these last years.
125 - 150 miles per week.
For me running was never an option.
Riding the road or mountain bike is much easier on the body.
Strength/Cardio seems to work.
The other aspect is the gear. Running shoes....or
shoes, wheels, frames, saddles, components, tubes, tires.
When I used to wear dress shirts...medium starch. After all you only wore the shirt once before you spent the dough to clean and press it again.
Heavy - too much...light...not enough.
Button down oxford cloth, or silk shirts.
No.
There are a myriad of beautiful cut shirt collars, what is the need to button them down?
I believe it was mostly a school tradition involving club ties.
I seem to see mostly older men wearing them with some type of logo on them, tucked in.
Know what I mean?
I love seeing pics of this watch.
I have recently modded my closed factory case, and although not 'perfect' to gen, it has become my new favorite 'beater'.
I purchased the gen rubber strap and deployment, and I find that it only makes a beautiful watch - more beautiful.
The 2254. is fast becoming a 'Grail' watch for many since Omega no longer offers this model.
A true classic. I much prefer the 2254.50 to the Planet Ocean.
