Wearing the VC for Tuesday. I really need to do something about this bracelet. Edges are definitely too sharp. Sizing is good, but man does it ever cut into my wrist sometimes

At the end of the day, it's which ever one you feel suits you best K! They are both great watches! Of course, you could always get the Rollie and then build a franken PO down the road. I know it wouldn't be an 8500 but it's an option. Hard to build a convincing GMT franken given the hand stack issues.

Sorry to hear that Mike. It is definitely a brutal disease. The only saving grace in all of this is that it was relatively quick. My grandfather had pancreatic cancer and he dealt with it for quite a long time before he finally passed on. My condolences to you and her family.
