I've done the same thing to PVD coatings on my B&Rs and it's always a panicked moment until you find out if it's a scratch on the PVD or the PVD has "scratched" the steel you banged against ... so far I've been lucky
It makes me smile when the coating on my replica watch completely laughs off great whacks against steel bolts.
Your other option is to buy a quality Miyota quartz movement 01-94 ... yes it tick tick ticks like a quartz watch but it's thickness is perfect. Your call.

Your movement photos are slightly out of focus and I can not read the stampings next to the balance wheel, so I can not tell which clone movement this is.
It will say "ETA xxxx-xx" ...
Look at the movement and you'll see the numbers there.
Look at the reversing wheels (the parts you need to replace) ... this is Clone ETA. Sorry.
2 years ago, the clone ETA scandal had not yet been uncovered by Eurotimez. No one knew we were being sold clones until maybe 18 months ago?
That case back is for the 42mm smaller PO, not a UPO (which by definition is 45mm)
UPO 45mm casebacks are smooth with acid etched/ sand blasted texture, not a stamped cross-hatching pattern as the 42mm has.
Also the words Planet Ocean on your case back read "PLANET OCEAN" ... it should say "PLANET OCEAN" ... all capital letters but the first letter of each word should be larger than the other letters.
Yours is a mixed confusion.
This watch as far as I can tell is not a 42mm Narikaa $100 USD value watch nor is it a 45mm UPO ... I don't know what it is.
Email the dealer "Watch International" ... tell her you want a Planet Ocean Ultimate with asian ETA clone movement and the color you need. She will take good care of you. Ask for approval photos before shipment.
Those crazy image hosts have special apps that scan for pictures of nekkiddity automatically. It's like the auto-smile recognition used in digital cameras. Except is detects b00bs, not smiles.
