To change the battery on a 01-94 you need to remove the tiny screw in the back of the watch that says DO NOT REMOVE ... then under that screw is the release button for the watch stem. With the 4 face screws removed and the stem removed, the entire face of the watch with movement attached should fall easily into your palm. There is nothing to break .......

I have not bought one myself but it appears that TrevorTime.info carries the 2010 DSSD, and at a far reduced price. A few people here have already bought one and it they are either a v5 2010 or a watch almost exactly like it. The photos on his site appear to be of a 2009 v5 DSSD .. but it's so hard to tell from dealer photos. Ask for pics from Trevor before you buy, to judge for yourself.
