  1. The bezel insert is held in with either double sided sticky tape or rubberized adhesive. I accidentally removed mine a few years ago by polishing the watch. The chemical in Cape Cod polishing cloths dissolved the glue! If you have a "favorite dealer" you could certainly ask them to sell you a new NoobFactory Ultimate DSSD bezel insert. If they can not, try another dealer. Spare parts are not impossible to get, but you often have to ask a few different people to get them. BK and his watch modder associate may be your best bet. They sell and mod NoobFactory DSSDs.
  2. Joshua's user name is "Jos Nana" His web store is "Perfect Clones" http://www.1-pc8838.com/index.php
  3. What you appear to have here is a Cartel-style dial and case set with a EuroTimez-style ceramic bezel insert. That is why you have the dramatic lume color mis-match. I did not remember when I made my original post, but the only time this combination was available from a legitimate dealer was four years ago during the "BAD 10" troubles. The Cartel received an entire shipment of DSSDs with crooked 10 numerals on the ceramic bezel. They replaced the bezels with Eurotimez-style bezels until their normal factory fixed the issue. You will see some dealers who are very very lazy about updating their web site still have the words "no BAD 10" in their descriptions for the DSSD they carry, even tho it was 4 years ago.
  4. Ask to see the back. With that bad lume color, and the shit triangle if the locking ring on the case back is NOT brushed (and is polished) this is a v2 Cartel edition from 3 or 4 years ago. If this is a "new" version, then some retard has combined the worst parts of the Cartel and Trevor (EuroTimez) watches to create this abortion.
  5. What a beautiful strap
  6. Hi, I am sorry but I dont follow your question: You start by saying you bought a version of the DSSD but then you start talking about the 42MM Planet Ocean? So .. what is your question?
  7. There is a beautiful rep of the Montauk Highway but it was a limited production run 2 years ago, so the only way to get one is to buy a used piece from a Member.
  8. Hello Gynekees; welcome to the replica watch community forum! The main purpose of the forum is to maintain a list of reliable, trustworthy dealers who will not cheat you. They have all been with us for years, and you can shop at any of their stores with confidence. First things, tho ... no replica watch is "Swiss" or "Italian" or any country outside of Asia. Mostly China .. and Thailand. If someone told you this, they are lying to you or do not know the simple truth about replica watches. You can buy a very bad Chinese replica watch or a very very good Chinese replica watch. How much did you want to spend, and what brands or styles do you like? Enjoy your time here. Read everything, and learn it all!!!
  9. Vintage! A well-preserved 1665 Rolex.
  10. As someone who has gently reminded a seller to take better photos if they want to get a good price, I have to say it has always come from a good place. I want you to sell your stuff for the price you need, and I want the buyer to be happy with what they receive.
  11. Trusty Time was my supplier on this one but its a commonly available piece. Be certain to order the movement you want. There are several choices. I've had it almost a year now, and you know how much the factories vary between production runs so I can not promise the seconds hand color will be to your liking. Be sure to get photo approval.
  12. No, Ken is an Aussie. He has a permanent employee in China who screens and ships his merchandise.
  13. I posted about this a few months ago. The USPS has two huge warehouses where they keep undeliverable mail. One by one, the packages are broken open and searchrd for a way to deliver them (an address inside the package) .. then the value is guessed. Packages under a certain value are destroyed. Packages over that value are held for a number of months, then auctioned off. If you contact your local post office, they can start the search for your mail piece. Every lost package in those two warehouses are cataloged for contents.
  14. It's shiny, has ... hands ... and goes TICK TICK TICK ... right?
  15. The 007 at 7 is so much better than the older 007 on the seconds hand. I'd buy it.
  16. Vaccum has his own watch repair / modding store front here on the forum. Look at the area called "Vac's Mod Shop" for contact details and other examples of his work.
  17. There is a huge difference between a watch maker and someone who works on watches.
  18. Vaccum gets it right, too.
  19. He is a long-standing watch maker here on the board and has a lot of work from his customers, all the time. He occaisionally disconnects his PMs so that he can concentrate on his standing work list, and not accept new work temporarily. I'm sure he'll be back in PMs soon enough.
  20. The Hermes Birkin and Kelly I bought from Ken both smell of glorious leather; nothing else. I have never purchased a canvas item from him though.
  21. For what it's worth, my LV Utah leather wallet is as good as the day I bought it, two years ago. Bergie refuses sell commodity level, cheap soft goods. That's the whole point of belonging to a community like this one. Access to honest merchants and higher quality goods.
  22. Coach bags can be canvas, which is what you see most. The Coach leather bags are $1000.
  23. Canada Post has been known to take 1 month or more to deliver a small standard post package. You can get a box from China in 5 days but send something 400 miles into Canada and its 30 days.
